Grandma's White Dirt Small Crispy Bits & Pieces

I liked this clay a lot and I’m totally buying more! It’s gritty kinda like sand which I personally like, some of it is creamy and not gritty at all but overall taste/texture is good! I didn’t have to dry it out too much because it’s pretty dry already, but if you want it /really/ dry I suggest just leaving it in the box slightly open.

For those looking for the rain/earthy taste of other white dirts, this is not it. This genuinely tastes terrible. The texture is amazing, but the taste itself is genuinely cardboard. I’ve let it air out and everything. It’s a shame because shipping took so long, and I had a great experience with the last batch of the larger chunks I ordered. I can’t see myself finishing these. Definitely a waste of money.

I don’t like how it tastes right out the bag, I throw it in the oven, bake it, then eat it and I looovvveee it. I have low iron and I crave this stuff everyday. I love the crunch it has after I throw it in the oven! This is like my 3rd or 4th bag. Happy or not happy? I’m happy😁

Although you’re not supposed to eat it, I do. I’ll leave the bag open overnight and it’s got the right taste to satisfy my Pica cravings. I know I need iron but this is my guilty pleasure.

I was looking for a dirt/earthy taste because of my low iron. But this has No taste at all. Save your money. Do not buy EDIT: initially, these rocks had no taste whatsoever. And they dissolved so fast when I’d try to chew on them. They had flour consistency. However, after airing them out outside for WEEKS, they hardened up and they do taste a bit better. I do get very little hints of dirt/rain. I did have to let them sit outside for many weeks. Luckily, it was windy and it rained a lot during this time in the area that I live in, so I’m assuming this contributed to the bit of taste they now have.

The package looked as advertised. I ordered the small bites and it was a mistake. I only ate the larger pieces in the bag because the smaller pieces were gritty. I had an actual rock in the bag. So, I will not be ordering again. It’s sad too because it does have the taste that I remember, but I’m afraid of biting down on a rock.
