This mini pet camera system has been a complete game changer for us. Our adopted puppy, Hannah Mae was very anxious about being left at home alone... we tried leaving her in a crate (for her safety and our home & furnishing's protection) but those trials ended in disasters. She destroyed 2 crates and an entire room one time. Apparently it wasn't the fact that we were leaving her at home alone but the fact that we were confining her. I'm not claiming that this method would work for every pet but it sure worked for her. Furbo allowed us to leave for short periods of time to see how she'd manage. We allowed Hannah access to the living room, the kitchen and her food area. She consistently stays home and takes care of the house. Furbo follows her movement and provides a clear view to her activities. It provides a notification to our phones when she's active and has an interactive chat function to improve the functionality. We are SO pleased with the system. It is relatively inexpensive (I think about $10 a month for the subscription? Don't quote me! + initial purchase of the system) and easy to set up and use! I also like the fact that it monitors our home (for potential intruders or safety concerns) when no one is in the home!

I bought the Furbo Mini with the Nanny Bundle to keep an eye on my dog while I’m away, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The video quality is sharp and clear, even at night, which makes me feel connected to my pup no matter where I am. I really like the two-way audio — being able to talk to my dog and hear her bark back is comforting, especially during long workdays. The motion and bark alerts are helpful too, although I do wish more features were available without a subscription. Setup was pretty straightforward, and the camera’s compact size means it fits nicely on my shelf without being intrusive. My only small gripe is that it doesn’t pan or tilt, so I’m a bit limited in what I can see, but for the price, it’s still a solid device. Overall, if you want an easy-to-use pet camera that helps you stay connected and catch alerts, this one is worth considering — just be aware of the subscription aspect.

I bought this as part of a two camera set that turned out to be for dogs, but I needed the cat camera. The mini camera is good for either pet but the big camera you can put treats in, that one is specifically made for one or the other. The dog camera worked great but it didn’t tell me everything I needed for alerts so I talked with Furbo and they let me exchange the camera. No fuss. I could have returned through Amazon but because I had the cameras already set up and attached to my Furbo account, I went through Furbo. They used my Amazon order number and did the exchange and even sent me a return label to send the dog camera back to them. Great customer service. Now I have two cameras that send me proper cat alerts. The large cat camera is black and you fill it with treats. You can record your voice so the cats can hear you when you shoot out treats. Or you can talk to them directly. The big camera also comes with a feathered cat toy to attach to the camera if you like. The mini camera also has a speaker element. And both cameras have sticky pads on the bottom so you can secure them to a surface.

I absolutely love Furbo. Excellent customer service easy to set up. Excellent picture quality that I can see on my phone love the night vision and I also use this as a security camera as well. Highly recommend I have purchased four cameras from this company and have them around my home.

UGH. I had high hopes for the Furbo Mini Pet Camera. Unfortunately, UGH double UGH triple UGH. I don’t like it all nor does my dog! This product is unfortunately what I would call an “epic fail”. I’ve had this camera for a few weeks now and I did (unfortunately) pay for the subscription service so in total the camera cost more than a regular security camera I could have bought and used an SD card with. Things to keep in mind: 01) The mini pet cam does not dispense treats. I do not need it to do that but I wanted to point that out as the larger/regular one does. 02) The camera lens looks straight ahead, you cannot move the direction the camera is looking in remotely. For example if you get an alert your dog is chewing or doing something bad but then moves out of the frame, you cannot move the camera to see them. I’ve had other cameras like Netvue or Kasa that can rotate on their own. I do think my dog likes that it doesn’t rotate as you don’t hear the sound of that. 03) Photo quality is VERY POOR. I get an alert my dog is chewing on something- I cannot see what it is, I cannot zoom in enough to see. 04) I am constantly alerted that a human was spotted and get super scared and anxious that someone is in my house- however, it’s just my dog. Apparently, Furbo thinks my dog is more human. 05) You only can get the same alert every 30 minutes? 30 minutes is too long to alert me to something if my dog is sick. 06) constantly loses connection and tells me I don’t have internet when I do or that the power was disconnected but it’s not. I can’t magically disconnect and reconnect every time this happens as I need to be able to view the camera from afar…. What use it is if it’s constantly going out on me? The subscription is an absolute rip off. A joke. Furbo should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a poorly made camera. If I could give negative stars I would! This review is written by a human that has a verified purchase of this camera and subscription. I will gladly be sharing this review across sites and platforms so others do not get ripped off like me! You are much better paying for a different camera of higher quality and features. I wanted to like this and bought this as it’s specifically geared towards pets and I thought it would be nice to receive notifications on what my pet was doing. The AI just isn’t that great. UPDATE: I just received a message from Furbo? The seller? Who knows. They want me to send them photos detailing my issues so they can help me. Take photos of the sticker on the bottom of my device. Asking what color the light is on the device, blaming poor connectivity on ME. ENOUGH. I have had enough with these sellers trying to sell me on a product that is awful and I don’t want anymore. I do not recommend this camera and I surely do not recommend the subscription service which is the bigger rip off and Furbo isn’t going to change my mind. Serious updates need to be made to this camera and troubleshooting is not going to solve the poor photo quality, the inability to get notifications every 1-5 minutes instead of 30 minutes? It’s not. Again, if I’m not home how can I troubleshoot my internet connection or turn the camera on/off and fix it from afar? I can’t. This camera is useless and I give zero stars. This is a verified purchase.

Accidentally set up one camera instead of both at the same time so I paid for 2 subscriptions, but that was definitely a user error. Otherwise, I am loving these to watch my pets. The video quality is great and I love that it rotates and zooms

I love this because it allows me to keep an eye on our puppy. It is pretty easy to use and it notifies us of any behaviors that seem off or alarming. The only issue I have with it, is it does seem to lose connection a lot. But I do feel like it's a great option at a good price, we got it on sale as well and it was an even better price point for this.

Great camera for keeping an eye on on my dog when I'm away, the ability to talk to him and toss treats really helps with his separation anxiety!

Wir haben die Kamera als Ergänzung zur 360°-Kamera im Flur installiert und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem System von Furbo. Es gibt uns ein großes Sicherheitsgefühl, unseren Hund auch mal alleine zu lassen. Besonders hilfreich ist die KI-Unterstützung: Wir bekommen zuverlässig mit, was unser Hund gerade macht, ohne ständig selbst auf die Kameras schauen zu müssen. Die KI funktioniert natürlich nicht zu 100 %, aber aus unserer Erfahrung ist sie zu etwa 90 % sehr zuverlässig. Die Benachrichtigungen informieren uns meistens genau darüber, was der Hund gerade macht und ob es überhaupt nötig ist, live auf die Kamera zu schauen. Dadurch muss man nicht permanent die App öffnen und kontrollieren, sondern kann sich entspannt auf die Push-Nachrichten verlassen. Vorher hatten wir normale Überwachungskameras genutzt, die uns im Vergleich deutlich weniger geholfen haben, weil man ständig selbst nachsehen musste. Mit Furbo ist das Ganze deutlich komfortabler und smarter gelöst.

Super caméra ! J’ai ajouté 2 minis Furbo pour faire un complément de ma Furbo 360 (avec l’abonnement Nanny) car j’avais quelques angles morts dans la pièce où mon chiot reste quand on part. Le changement de caméra est super simple et ça permets d’avoir des yeux partout et d’être réactif si il y a quelque chose d’inhabituel qui se passe. Super produit !

Je suis agréablement surprise par la mini caméra furbo , elle nous préviens dès qu ils ce passe quelque chose avec nos amis à 4 pattes, et pas seulement si quelqu'un devrais rentrer chez vous ont vous alerte aussi. Je suis très contente , j en recommanderai une deuxième.

So great! I raising a service dog and this a fantastic tool for me to understand and see what happens when I am not with him. The software is so developed so it summarizes everything important. Little money for something big.
