Our Freeze Dried Raspberry Powder is a perfect alternative sweetener, with a rich sweet raspberry flavour. Made using 100% freeze dried ripe raspberries it maintains all of the taste of the original fruit. Along with the preservation of the flavour, the tional value is also preserved, coming with all the benefits associated with raspberries. Freeze drying removes the moisture from the fruit without cooking it. 100g of our freeze dried raspberry is the equivalent of 700g of fruit.
