How do you know how to set the numbers on the machine and what do they mean?

The numbers are just the countdown clock. It inflates and send new cold water to cuff for a certain time then it releases, pauses, and inflated again. Great product for knee replacement.

It appears the pump isn't working, because the water is not circulating to keep the water cold. Isn't the water supposed to be circulate?

Yes. Make sure the seal is tight on cooler and that the cooler is higher than your knee so water can circulate.

No. It is a knee wrap. They probably make one specifically for a hip.

Can you just buy tubing and cuff for replacement?
