Run, don’t walk!
I am beyond impressed with this AC. Works flawlessly. Very quiet and it doesn’t take long to cool a room. The swinging vent feature is a nice touch too. For a 10,000 BTU air conditioner it really isn’t even heavy. Weighs less than my previous 5,000 BTU. Very easy to install and use. The remote control and phone app are great, as well. Will be buying more in the future for sure!

Great Air Conditioner
Better than expected. Easy to install. Extras included that were great to have. (very thoughtful) WISPER quiet. Cooling was on par. Highly recommend.

Absolute piece of junk! Lasted only one day. Left to suffer in the brutal NYC heat!
bought this air conditioner to survive the brutal NYC summer heat, but it has been an absolute nightmare. At first, the installation was easy, and it worked great for the first 24 hours, cooling the room down perfectly. However, by the second day, it completely stopped blowing cold air. To make matters worse, it is currently 6:30 AM, and my family and I just woke up completely suffocated and drenched in sweat because this unit did absolutely nothing overnight. As you can see in the photo I’ve attached (image.png), the unit powers on, but the compressor refuses to kick in and the digital display is malfunctioning. Right now, we are trapped in a suffocatingly hot apartment, dealing with extreme discomfort because of this defective machine. It is completely unacceptable for a brand-new product to die in less than a day. I demand that the seller or Amazon customer service contact me immediately to send a replacement unit that actually works, or give me a full refund. Do not buy this unless you want to waste your money and sweat inside your own home!

WORKS GREAT
The unit is just as described. Cools well in our large space. I love the wifi capabilities and it syncs with our alexa for easy verbal commands turn off/on. Has great timer features and remote. Easy to install and connect

Worth the price
Easy enough to set up and it gets my room nice and cold. Came in good condition makes a decent amount of noise so I hope you like white noise.

Great so far
We bought two of these units to help cool down some bedrooms. This summer has been brutal and our main ac has been struggling to keep up. These things are pretty quiet and work well so far, it’s been a little over a month with non stop use and no issues.

Had to turn it off in middle of the night!
Cold air. Eco works well, but shuts off at set temp. Not sure how that works but happy with the cold air. Had to turn it off in middle of the night on the first few nights because it was so cold! :-)
