Got the renewed iPhone 15 Pro Max and honestly, it looks almost brand new. Everything works perfectly, battery is good, screen quality on fire, perfect speed for surfing the internet and there were no noticeable marks. Really happy with it for the price.

It was sold and dispatched by Brightgadget and delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which was fast and reliable. The condition of the iPhone 15 Pro Max was far better than I expected. I genuinely struggled to find any signs of use and it looks and feels like a premium device despite me only buying excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly straight out of the box. The battery health was an unexpected bonus at 100% with just one battery cycle count which completely exceeded my expectations for a refurbished device. I’d been putting off upgrading from my iPhone 12 Pro Max for quite a while but I really wish I’d done it sooner. The performance is noticeably faster, the camera quality is fantastic, the battery life is excellent and overall it just feels like a huge upgrade. For my first refurbished phone, this experience has completely exceeded my expectations. The quality is outstanding, the service was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another refurbished phone in the future.

Hello, I am extremely disappointed with the refurbished iPhone I received today. As soon as I unboxed it, I connected it to the charger, but the phone does not switch on or show any signs of charging. It appears to be completely faulty. I purchased this phone in good faith, trusting both your listing and Amazon’s quality standards. Instead, I have received a device that is unusable, which has wasted my time and caused significant inconvenience. I expect an immediate resolution. Please arrange either a replacement with a fully tested, working device or a full refund without any delay. I would also appreciate an explanation as to how a phone in this condition passed your refurbishment and quality checks. I look forward to your prompt response and a quick resolution. This gets your point across clearly while remaining professional, which is usually the most effective approach if the matter needs to be escalated through Amazon later.

After having used it for a while now the phone had worked pretty well. It arrived in great condition and looks practically new and there were no signs of previous use that were noticeable from the phone physically. The screen was clear, responsive and the phone had ran with no issues when using apps, browsing or streaming. Performance has been reliable so far, and it handles everyday tasks easily without lagging. The camera works well and works exactly like the new versions. The sound quality was also clear and all the buttons and features functioned exactly as they would have if it was new. The only downside is that, although the battery life came at around 96% full capacity, it didn't feel like anything near that. Overall, this is a great way to get a good quality phone for a lower price, and it is definitely recommended.

Received the phone on 91%. Cable and adapter was fake. Also charges slowly other than that no scratches or marks on the phone.

Very happy with my purchase. As new body and 85% battery life. Cheaper than the one I sent back to back market which came with just 82% battery life and a much larger cycle count.

El teléfono llegó en perfecto estado, pero pasado un mes y unos días se me puso la pantalla ver totalmente contacte contacté con la atención a cliente de Amazon que me costó baste y me indicaron que me tenía que poner en contacto con el vendedor, mediante la Apple de Amazon lo hice y el verdadero muy atento estuvo todo el tiempo dándome las indicaciones para que le hiciera llegar el teléfono estropeado, en cuanto llegó el teléfono al taller del fabricante me enviaron una en sustitución que podría decir que mejor que el anterior la batería de este está en un 89% de vida actualmente funciona bien lo malo ha sido la incomodidad de volver a instalar todo otra vez pero por el precio lo recomiendo la cámara es una pasada y la batería me dura como 2 días con un uso normal de una persona que trabaja yo estoy contenta con el teléfono y con la atención del vendedor
