ECCPP AC Compressor with Clutch 2005-2019 for Nissan Frontier Xterra 4.0L

The second one was great I get cold AC and it's awesome The first one I can expect to happen every once in awhile because quality control is not that good these days but for the price you can't complain as long as you can return for something that is not your fault it's all good

Works good quality part comes pre oiled so just install and charge with ac works perfect

Gambled and lost. My uncle and I have the same 8th gen Civic, both needed their compressors replaced. After some back and forth we both agreed to take a chance on these compressors ahead of the summertime California heat. Ordered both on 6/1/2026. Both arrived quickly and looked to be in good condition. No obvious defects or red flags. Both were professionally installed at a shop on 6/5/2026. Installation was straight forward with no problems. When all was said and done both cars were blowing cold air again. No strange noises or changes in air flow coming from the vents. Last week my Civic’s compressor started blowing hot air coincidentally with outside temps reaching over 100F. Ended up taking my car back to the shop and was told it’s the compressor. $850 later my car now has working AC again. My uncles compressor is still working, for now, while mine didn’t even last 90 days. Spend the extra money and purchase a better quality part.

My old A/C compressor I attempted to replace the internal valves due to contamination damage after a thorough flush, and got the compressor running however the frontal bearing to the compressor gernaded and I just thought I would buy a new one after flushing the system, I was hesitant seeing the reviews on a couple of these but the quality was acceptable and the bottom two bolt holes had to be tapped, I highly do not recommend using the bolts provided as they are not adequate in length for holding the manifold on, Re-use your old bolts! The compressor came filled to the brim with decent PAG oil of some kind and I left it alone as I believed it to be part of the manufacturing process and very important for functioning of the compressor. I installed the new compressor, pulled a vacuum and Wala, cold vent air at last, even without the noise at half the cost! Still holding onto my old valuable compressor for parts...

Overall good product but doesn’t include the O-Rings. Was ready to install until I noticed I would have to buy new O-Rings. It just comes as the ac compressor itself otherwise great

This compressor worked for just a few months and then went out on me. I was sure it was something else since the part was brand new, so I spent tons of time a too much money just to learn that the entire compressor has to be replaced. Very frustrating. Not worth the time, trouble or money.

Bought the part on Jul/2023 and it stopped working on Jul/6/2024 (Last than a year) I took my Honda Civic 2011 to the mechanic and they told me that I have to buy a new AC Compressor
