Faucet looks great and performs as promised. After two years of use the faucet developed a small leak at the water turn on/off. The warranty had expired but I reached out to the company for assistance on fixing the leak; the company responded very quickly seeking video of the leak, which I provided, and the next day they responded with a solution. The company provided the necessary parts, along with easy to follow directions on how to correct the problem. I have received better support from this company than I EVER received from the Big Box stores - Will absolutely do business with this company again and recommend their products to my friends and family (and all of you, as well). Sincerely could not be more pleased with the product, the product support, and my interactions with the company's customer service!

Ease of installation was there. Light weight, great quality! looks fabulous. Great for the money!

Looks great and was easy to install, but the touchless sensor failed three separate times within the first year. The manufacturer sent replacement parts, but each replacement eventually failed as well. After repeated troubleshooting and repairs, I had to bypass the touchless system just to keep the faucet usable. I appreciate the manufacturer's efforts, but three failures indicate a reliability problem, not a defective part. I would not buy this faucet again.

Takes a little bit to get used to. But when you do you will not go back to the old faucet type. Batteries last a long time as well.

Holy crap this is awesome. I hated having to touch my faucet when my hands were covered in chicken blood or cookie dough. Now with a little wave, the water turns on and there is no ick left on my faucet. And the rainfall feature is a nice touch. It makes me feel like my house is in Bali.

Buying things like this on Amazon are always a toss up but this item exactly as advertised. Great quality item, sensor works as it should. Waterfall feature is a plus. What I don’t like is the power spray. It simply just makes a mess. I saw some reviews saying it didn’t come out far enough but I don’t think that’s an issue at all. I am very pleased with it.
