The third image is the size chart - 3x for this one is bigger than 4x from a different listing

If I got the right size could you fit a 25-30 lb dog in it?

I don't think so it pulls a lot with my 8 pound cat if you're just going to sit on the couch with their dog in it it might work but if you're wanting to walk around with the dog inside the pouch I don't think it would work

How big of a cat would fit in this? My boy is 12.5lbs

The pocket is large. I think he would fit but it might fit. It didn’t say how big of a cat it would hold. But my cat is 8lbs and there is still room.
