Logitech Zone 300 Wireless Bluetooth Headset with Noise Canceling - Rose

This was for my husband at work. He likes the distance he can step away while using. They have a decent battery life, as he uses all day. He’s able to wear comfortably without irritation for an 8 hour shift. Sound quality is good but the person on the other end of the call can sometimes hear his background noise. Fairly durable, but have purchased two pairs. I believe that’s because of his care and not the headphones. They travel easily. They connect easily.

I bought my last Logitech wireless headset in 2019 and have been using basically 5 days a week since. The ear pads had worn out and the cord that connects the two earpieces through the top kept coming out. I had gotten my money's worth, to say the least. This Zone 301 headset is not only a great replacement, it's a major upgrade as well! The Zone 301 is FAR more comfortable, both on the ears and top of the head because of the padding on both. The boom is on the left whereas it was on the right with the previous model. No big deal, just takes some getting used to. Being Bluetooth vs. the older model requiring a dongle is great; with limited ports on my laptop I love this and the range is vastly superior to the old dongle. The microphone is excellent, with others on calls not being able to detect background noise like lawnmower, neighbor's room installation, etc. The speakers are more clear than my previous Logitech The Zone 301 "just works" fantastically, with easy volume control buttons. I opted for the Logitech because I think it is the best value for the money; especially than replacement ear pads can be purchased. The USB-C charging on the Zone 301 is a nice step up from the micro USB connector on my older set. I use Microsoft Teams for work. I opted for the Zone 301 vs. the Teams certified Zone 305 for two reasons. First, the $40 difference just wasn't worth it to me for the mute button to sync with teams and to be able to answer calls with a button on the headset. Second, I actually prefer the ability to "double mute" both on the headset and (separately) in Teams. One final note is the lack of a physical mute button; instead the Zone 301 automatically mutes when the boom is upright position, and unmutes when it is pushed down towards your mouth. I would honestly rather the physical button, but this is just a personal preference. The audible message indicating that it is (or is not) muted is nice.

If I could leave one star, I WOULD. Didn’t even have the headset a full 6 months before it randomly was staticky when I would speak in the mic. Within a week, the headset was completely unusable which was unacceptable considering the price I paid but also the fact that I rely heavily on these to WFH. The cherry on top was Logitech’s customer service. Did bare minimum troubleshooting which I already did before contacting their support but went along with the shenanigans. A ticket was then put in for warranty which just consisted of pretty much for a week of my life, receiving one email reply a day, at the literal same time of day everyday from their customer service asking me the same thing over and over to finally get to the resolution of me having to send them in the headset to see if it was faulty or not which takes 72 hours then blah blah blah. Which I wouldn’t have minded if their CSR just got to that point when they initially put in the ticket and reached out instead of prolonging an already inconvenient experience because they’re incompetent at their job. WILL NEVERRRR buy Logitech again. Shoutout to Amazon CSR for coming through, not even a full 5 minute chat and I was emailed return labels and my refund was added to my Amazon gift card balance by the time I got home from dropping the headset off at Kohls. Now I can invest in an actual efficient and reliable brand! Thanks Amazon or saving the day!!

It seems durable enough based on the last month or so if using it- I haven't had issues yet or found any obvious weak points so far. We'll see how well they really hold up as time goes on- I normally get about a year of daily use out of headsets in this price range, hopefully this will be the one that lets me stop convincing my boss to let me buy a new pair every summer. The audio quality is okay- not amazing but not bad either. They were easy to set up and I like the range- they go a little bit farther than my old sets, so I can clearly hear my boring work calls from the kitchen downstairs, even with the microwave running. I love that I can use them while charging them, so even though the battery life isn't great, it doesn't slow me down. You can use any usb-c cord to charge them, so I immediately tossed the charging cord that came with them in my desk drawer and kept using the 6' one already on my desk. I also love that flipping the mic up toggles the mute, so I can leave myself unmuted on my calls and walk around the house without worrying about picking up background noise or other conversations. I knocked off a star because they fit a bit tightly, so they pinch my ears and start getting sore if I wear them all day. And frankly the aesthetic design is pretty bad. My wife wanted me to send them back right away because they look like one of those $5 things you would give to an 8 year old to play Minecraft with his friends.

So far, loving it! It is a bit small for my fat head. (5'11" male) - So it is necessary to extend the headset to the max but it does fit. It is comfortable. - No instructions, but was easy to pair. - When you flip down the mic it turns on, up turns off. - Incredible sound quality, a but heavy on the bass. MY USE - Android Phone (Samsung 25 Ultra) I have been .... - Using it to stream music and lectures. - Using it for phone calls. -- I have not yet figured out how to answer or hang-up with the headset buttons. - Soon I will try it on a Teams or Zoom meeting.

Nice headset but occasionally cuts out intermittently with no warning. I had seen this in the reviews but thought it was a fluke. I use for work with Teams and its decent otherwise. I had an Avantree which I have used since around 2020 but if finally wore out. This headset is decent and has nice mute function (raise the boom), but you have to pay attention when you lower the boom to ensure the mike reactivates (it is not immediate). No other issues. Not quite as comfortable on the ears as the Avantree, but I am going to keep it and use it.

My top priority is comfort and as a soft spoken person the microphone quality. I get ear aches and headaches from a lot of very popular headphone brands and models. This has been a real winner in that category for me, they are very comfortable and seem to suit my ears and head well. Have heard no complaints on microphone sound quality. Never any issues connecting to my devices. Battery life has been excellent. Build quality seems solid as I'd expect from a Logitech device. I think with this being such a solid product for my use case specifically, the price is really good.

These headsets will work for a couple of months and then they start to static and eventually , no one can hear me. I have had to replace one headset already, I was sent a new one because or the warranty in place. It is a challenge to talk to someone and return the product. The time it takes to get a new headset is just too long of a wait. I am super disappointed with these headsets as now, the second pair that I have is doing the exact same thing. I would recommend looking for another brand that will last A LOT longer.

Wow I don't usually leave reviews or even spend 116CAD$ (taxes included) on a work headset, but it was worth it for the following reasons : - Crystal clear voice and noise - Confortable on ears - Attractive design - The most important and the reason why I bought these --> People never make you repeat yourself because they heard you the FIRST time...EVERYTIME. When you want something quality, you got to pay for it. It is worth it.

Muito bom para o que se propõe. Redução de ruído efetiva (não é perfeita mas ajuda bastante) e qualidade sonora boa. Não é ideal para ouvir música mas não deixa a desejar, equilibrada e com graves presentes. Conforto elevado, consigo usar por horas seguidas sem machucar a cabeça ou orelhas. Alcance muito bom, ando tranquilamente na casa sem perder sinal. Conexão do segundo dispositivo também é ótima, muito rápida e funciona bem, sem falhas. Estou satisfeito, compraria novamente.

I expected a little bit more quality than the one I got. The sound is good but it’s not noise cancelling as much. And the mic is not that great

"Amazon's Choice" products have yet to fail me. Always reliable product that does exactly what you need with a good price. I was expecting it to be standard basic headphones, I didn't need anything fancy as this is for work, just taking calls. I really just needed it to be easy to use with any device, have good noise-cancelling mic so people can hear me even in noisy areas and be somewhat comfortable since I would be wearing this for long hours during a day. It did all that. The Bluetooth makes it super easy to work with any device that has the Bluetooth tech,(nowadays it's hard to find one that doesn't). The mic seems to work well, people can hear me quite clearly. I've been wearing it all day and my ears don't hurt (yet). I also love how the mic is muted when you flip it up. That makes the headset really easy to work with. No more accidental muting or unmuting. And the surprising thing is how good the sound is. There's actually good enough base and overall quality that listening to music is quite enjoyable too. Obviously it can't compare to the headphones made for music or gaming in that regards, but that was not the expectation. For a reasonably-priced office work headset I think this really is great. The only setback is that it doesn't look great. It looks like two little door knobs on your ears when you're earing it. But hey, this is not a fashion piece. **it's been 8 months using these head set. And the honeymoon phase of this item is long over. I have since bought another headset because this one is too unreliable. First off, I've had multiple complaints that the background noise is too loud during meetings. So the noise cancelling function simply simply isn't there. On top of that, the microphone often doesn't work. It has humiliated me during meetings when people see that I am unmuted but can't hear me, so they think I'm just being rude and not responding. Certain devices also just can't detect or connect to this. So, maybe it's a Bluetooth issue. So after 8 months of trying, I've finally given up on this and have gone back to using a wired headset. I no long recommend this product.
