Liquid is leaking from one box but smell is nice, but half of liquid is gone so its unacceptable

After I bought my Philips Norelco men's razor with the Quick Clean Pod, I read that the cartridges are only good for 30 shaves, so I started looking for replacements. The OEM refills were out of stock, so I found these and ordered them. I must say that they are nearly identical to the OEM refills, and work just as well, and are considerably less expensive. As long as you have a shelf to keep the extras, you will be fine. I shave every other day, so this should last me eight months.

When I opened the packaging, among the four boxes, one box clearly had much less water. However, the packaging was intact, and I'm unsure whether the product I purchased is genuine.
