Worth it
Taking this omega-3 test was actually a lot of fun and surprisingly eye-opening. The process was simple, and the results came back in a clear, easy-to-understand format. I even printed out the report and tucked it into my supplement cabinet so I can reference it anytime. That way I can adjust the dose when I refill my omega 3 supplements. Know what your absorbing
We spend a lot of money on supplements. We actually changed supplements due to this test. Our first test showed it wasn't enough for us, so we changed omega 3 provider. After 16 months, we now have much better absorption of than before. The test is great to do every couple of years to make sure your getting the omega oil you need.
