Rachel Green is the quintessential beautiful girl that every guy would fall in love at first . She is spoilt, pampered and all her life, she has had it pretty easy. That is, until she runs away from her own wedding and decides to make a life on her own. Monica Geller, her high-school friend comes to her rescue and lets her in as her roommate. Monica is a strong, independent woman who is obsessed with perfection in all situations. She is seen as the care-taker of the whole group of friends and binds the group together. She is also an awesome chef. Phoebe Buffay is a masseuse and a self-procled musician with songs like "Smelly Cat" in her kitty. Her mother committed suicide when she was very young and she has had a rough childhood. She is vivacious, quirky and extremely sweet as a person. Joey Tribbiani is the casanova of the group who gets women pretty easily with his famous pick-up line "How you doin?" A struggling actor by profession, he loves food, sex and all the good things of life. Very sweet, innocent and childlike, Joey is considered the baby of the group. Chandler Bing is the funny and sarcastic character who has the peculiar habit of saying something weird yet hilarious in awkward situations. He works at an MNC and has had an unusual childhood, with a renowned erotic novelist as his mother and a her who is a gay cross-dresser. Ross Geller, Monica's brother is the geek of the group. He is a paleontologist by profession and a little more socially awkward than the other members of the group. A perfect son and a doting brother, Ross is like the ideal man. Yet, his friends make fun of him all the time because of his many failed relationships and marriages throughout the series. Ross is, however, madly in love with Rachel. The six characters are the kind of friends everyone dreams of having in their lives. Friends: The Complete Series Collection (2012) contains all ten seasons of the series and was released in Blu-ray in 2013 by Warner Bros. It is rated A and has an overall runtime of 5000 minutes.
