This Bluetooth Headset V5.3 is excellent! The connection is fast and stable, the sound is clear, and the battery life is impressive thanks to the 600 mAh charging case, which offers up to 110 hours of use. It is perfect for work, on the road, or at the office. The built-in microphone picks up voices very well, and calls are crystal clear. A reliable and comfortable product that I highly recommend!

I hope this saves someone money someday. I'll preface this with mentioning I work in IT. I eat headset issues for breakfast and this was not operator error. I have dealt with all of the nightmare $10 headsets clients purchase to save a few bucks. I have become that which I hate the most. I just wanted a little backup earpiece so I'm not SOL if my others decide to kick the bucket or get flushed down the toilet by a toddler. This one tops as the worst earpiece I've ever tried. This thing is worse than getting a 100% non-functional device. The dongle and headset weren't paired out of the box - no big deal, right? Oh my sweet summer child, you are so wrong. The dongle has absolutely insane range(usually a hell yeah) to the point that I had to turn off EVERY single device able to pair with Bluetooth in a two-story home before I could finally get it to stop trying to pair with the downstairs TV or my wife's iPad 50ft away. It's like it was searching for everything that wasn't the matching earpiece sitting right next to it. Finally paired it, problem solved? WRONG AGAIN. It'll randomly decide cut off audio output/input until you power cycle, re-pair. Do you like using mute buttons? Guess what you need to do to unmute yourself after you press the mute button? Power cycle, re-pair. Use a softphone? You'll never guess what you need to do if you ever need to switch audio in/out between it and any other app you're running: power cycle, re-pair. Tried pairing it via Bluetooth without the dongle. It has about a 1.5ft range before the nice lady with the thick Chinese accent lets you know the device has been disconnected. You may be asking yourself: "I could just use a Bluetooth receiver that sits in front of me on my desk. It'll just reconnect again when in range, right?". Nope. Power cycle, re-pair. If you're certifiably insane and decide to keep this earpiece despite the issues above, wait until you hear about the audio input/output quality - if you can hear either in the first place. Think of an old timey turn of the century tin can recording of not a human being, but a malfunctioning robot pleading for the sweet release of [shutdown mode] cutting in and out between every word. The audio quality of those early 2000s flip phones prisoners sneak in with their *special* wallets. I would rather kick a beehive in my birthday suit than place this crime against humanity in my ear again.

Very ergonomic, comfortable and good sound! It could be used left or right, just turn the base and voila! Very good construction, good microphone and good looking! A perfect match to stay always communicated without using your hands. I recommend this product!

The item is awesome! Gets the job done! Feels comfortable and last all day in my shift. I want to give this item 5 stars because of the quality and functionality but I’m giving a 2 because the crazy gauging. Comeback to check to see if things changed! Mine did in less than 24 hours

Connectivity is not very reliable, comfort is mid, they are ok for the price but I would not buy, I ended up just spending more on something better.

I really do like it, but the hearing volume is low, I was going to use it for work but my callers complain that I sound low as well however I am able to complete my my work calls. I do plan to return to invest in something I won’t have doubts on.

Great headset. Have been using it for a few months and have had no connection issues. Sound is always clear and crisp!

Only had it for three months audio is okay but Picks up more background noise over my voice. The battery stopped lasting for 8 hours after the first month. Had to start charging over my lunch. Today it just started randomly shutting off. Still connected to my computer. Mid call just powered off, fully charged. Did all the trouble shooting. And just doesnt work.
