Great quality, great functionality
I bought this product for work, I’m a health inspector. It is a great thermometer-worth more than 15$. It’s fast, reliable, and small. It will check the hottest temp on a dish machine, and the coldest temp on a refrigerator. Hot and cold holding functions work great, and all you have to do to reset it is turn it off and on. I use it commercially, but it would be a great home thermometer.

What kind if sick bastard wants it to be correct in hunan flesh? That said. I got sidetracked going to the grill and fell during drunken dizzy dizzy dinosaur. 88.3 was not correct according the nice EMT. Correct for all animal meat and bread - though after the fire i dont make much bread anymore

Important to have
I bought this thermometer vrs others based on the price. It worked super well for like a month, and then it just stopped working. I did just buy another one because for the price you can’t beat it. The new one is working great. It’s easy to use and read, and makes cooking chicken much easier. I was finding that I was always overcooking my meats to make sure they were done and this helped greatly to not over cook my food.

Bought this item less then 6 months ago and it has stopped working. Changed the battery and it wont turn on anymore. I would definitely not recommend this item.
