Wonderfull
It works great. We chopped 100 pounds of onions in about an hour. Would have taken less time if we had all the onions ready. We also cleaned 10 bunches of celery, stood them up in the feed and just pushed them thru. It did plug up at the end of the celery, but it probably would not have if we had put a few less through at a time. Use a square bowl to catch and have it raised up or pieces will fly everywhere. I bought it to use in our 4-H food stand at the fair. Prep took about 3 hours less. Great purchase

So far so good
I purchased this for a restaurant venture that has yet to start, so I've been using this at home with great success (Processing large batch garbanzo beans for hummus, and using the dicer). I will re-post reports of how it holds up under heavy restaurant use in the future. I do wish that the continuous feed attachment would also work with the slicing blade attachment and not just the dicing attachment.

Git 'er dun!!
Get the job done in seconds, as opposed to about an hour. It makes short work of a salsa, cole slaw, pounds of cheese... Very happy with this unit.

Great alternative to Robot Coupe
We use this in a commercial kitchen everyday and love it. It's a great, cheaper alternative to the Robot Coupe.

Dicing not perfect
The dicing attachments come with a space over the Oriental blade and the cover, which collects smaller and flat pieces of the vegetable and the machine stops working. I have open the layers of attachments to clear these pieces to start he machine again. I don't think the deicer is a perfect fit, Orly designed. I paid a lot of money for this feature and i is he most frustrating part of the machine.

How often do you dice veggies? This food processor DICES and it also makes whipped cream. Mega 2-HP commercial motor.
I am a chef but debated getting this for home use due to the cost. However, I cook enough and used my current food processor so much that that, coupled with the fact (and this was the big one) that this one can DICE perfectly. Yep. You heard me. It's done by two blades that work together and it really does do perfect cubes with things like potatoes and tomatoes. Doing huge batches like as a caterer? The black chute shown is the one for continuous batches. It also comes with the regular clear bowl as well. The chute shown means that if you are doing some huge batches you don't have to stop and take off the chute and lid and bowl, dump it out, then reload...you just keep the work bowl under the chute and fill! Update: I used this with hard tomatoes the first time and it worked okay. With ripe tomatoes it does not work at all for dicing and I no longer use it for that. Use it for potatoes, carrots, etc. Otherwise it shreds the skins and leaves them clogging the dicing blade and then trying to cube the soft tomato left just doesn't work. Fortunately, I need perfectly diced tomatoes far less than other veggies so it's not a thing. It can do some things that I have never known another food processor to do--commercial or otherwise--like PERFECTLY slice green peppers. You can hollow them out and put through the chute (chute is oblong shaped) and you get perfect rings! The heavy duty 2 HP motor is what allows this to do things like dicing and working 2 blades at once to make it happen. It has a seal so it won't leak on you even if doing things like dressing. There is also a bowl for whipping. This makes perfect whipped cream! You can even make butter with it or use coconut milk (full fat) for whipping. For slicing and shredding (like for shredded lettuce or cole slaw) you can adjust the thickness. The blades are very heavy duty, especially the super sharp dicing ones. I use this both commercially and for home use. And I can keep doing it because with a pretty astounding 5 year warranty on the motor and either one or two for parts, it'll keep going for quite some time. If you shred your own cheese you'll never go back since store-bought cheeses are coated with nasty anti-coagulants so they don't stick together but that makes them not melt well either. The one thing it does not do that a home cook may want is dough. I don't need this since I have a Kitchenaid with a dough hook and also a bread maker but if you want that, you'll not get it, although you will get everything else for sure! It chops and purees super fast. I love doing cashew-based dressings and normally used my blender but that leaves kind of a mess around the blade. This does it faster, better, easier--and no lumps of garlic are left. I love it. It was worth the cost. Cuts my work time and I find myself making dinner in half the time since it does dicing and that was always done with knife and cutting board before since other food processors can't do dicing like this one can. So, since time is money, it pays for itself. I also like the waterproof buttons that also stay perfectly clean. It's made for a commercial kitchen and I use it in one of those and at home. With a smile. The one thing I dd not like about it is worth noting. The instructions. With blades I'd not used before the first time I used this, I found the instructions difficult since they were all in written form, no photos, and really made little sense. I went to youtube and watched a video and only THEN could I figure out how to place the two blades for the dicing and when to use the continuous use black chute and how. I had read the instructions first but the only photo in the whole book showed just the parts and the instructions were so brief I found them really to be for someone already familiar with the machine if you ask me. Since I was not, I needed visual help and with no drawings or photos, fortunately I got that on youtube. Honestly the manual that came with it is pretty worthless. The price, at the time of my review, is just under $800 which is pretty much wholesale since I got mine at a restaurant supply store wholesale for restaurant owners and it was only about $10 less than here.
