Oiled Nubuck Upper The shoe's upper comprises a water-repellent 1.6 to 1.8 mm oiled Nubuck that both reinforces and protect its construction. The oiled leather is durable and retains abrasion resistant properties that reduce wear and tear to the upper. It coincides with a optimum protection toe cap and reinforcement in the rubber heel area. The merged materials act as a abrasion resistant barrier that acts upon rocks and roots, diminishing there effect to further reduce wear and tear upon the construction. This also gives an extension of life to the boot. On the interior, an integrated GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining intelligently allows air to permeate the shoe, whilst offering excellent water-repellency and temperature management.
