This product arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and was very well packaged and protected. Assembly was straightforward, although the initial setup with my Raspberry Pi media player was a little more challenging. Fortunately, the support team was very responsive and helpful through email, guiding me with the correct USB cable connections. Once everything was set up properly, the unit worked perfectly. The screen resolution is excellent, and the touchscreen response is accurate and smooth. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Arrived pretty fast and was packed well. I got the 43-inch one for my claw machine arcade, and it has been much more useful than an ad board on easel or a regular display in terms of bringing more traffic. I mean, the interactive content on a digital screen is definitely more eye-catching right? Also my store is not too big and this size just fits perfectly without looking too clumsy or bulky. Its floor-standing look is neat, clean and professional. Customers can easily see the FHD IPS screen, which works great for showing promotional playback, store rules and event announcements without sacrificing picture resolutions or sound quality. I am not a tech person but I found the android system simple enough to navigate, and the USB plug-and-play with auto media playback makes changing content easy. The touch screen responds smoothly without lagging. I really love the split-screen layout because I always struggled to fit more content on one page! This screen helps show videos, images etc. at the same time. In general it feels pretty sturdy, user-friendly and professional for business use. As a small female business owner, who can hardly lift any weight, it's actually...not that heavy for two people, just me and my employee, to drag it around hahaha. Worthwhile investment overall.

Product is just as described. I purchased it for a vendor booth and it elevated our booth experience and interaction. Easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to navigate. As someone not super tech, I appreciated the fact that the devise is user friendly. The touch screen element is my favorite part, the picture quality it clear and we took it apart so it was easy to transport. Its aesthetics work well with our decor and company brand. Its slim build makes it easy to place anywhere and wheels make it easy to maneuver. We were able to connect to the internet, run our slides and play music. It was a great purchase and investment, you won’t be disappointment.

The product works great, we can split the screen to show multiple videos, pictures and text to welcome members to our gym and display our website so they can get signed up & it plays a tour for them right when they walk in. This is exactly what we were looking for
