I've owned a few of these tablets and this one is comes with a very crisp display, high resolution and processing power. What I appreciate about this one is the speed. There is no latency at all in the display navigating screens, apps launch fast and I can run games with ease. Setup was very simple. The keyboard has a "connect" button which makes it really easy to pair. Keyboard is also very light and doesn't use a battery. It has a plug which allows you to recharge it. Mouse pairing was also very easy. I've had trouble with this in the past with other models, but with this model, the mouse worked immediately after connecting it. The tablet comes with a case that is a bit more rugged and less suseptible to staining. It does have 3 rear cameras and a front camera which is actually very nice as most others tablets are less sophisticated in this department. It does come with a charging cube and cable which is less and less common these days. The size and weight are great (I came from using an 11 inch and I tend to like this 10-inch better). Keyboard is very thin (likely due to the lack of needing separate battery), which y Simplifies storing and carrying the accessories. Overall, it's lighting fast, light weight, had a sharp display and includes all of the accessories you need to use it as either a tablet or small pc. Personally for me, I will be using this during the day to run work apps and be mobile while in the office and also to run games in the evening during my down time. It's very sleek, versatile and portable. Everything you want in a tablet. If you're on the fence about this one, don't be. Give it a try and you won't regret it. When I say satisfaction guaranteed, I mean it. I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable the tablet is as well as how good this tablet performs. I'm a big fan of the accessories that come with the tablet, because that's value added and it saves money in your pocket. Screen protector, keyboard, and tablet cover/case are included. Wow! Excellent battery life and I only charge it once or twice a week. Perfect screen size for work, play, and travel. Lots of memory/storage for videos, photos, files, streaming, and downloads. Nice speeds and touch display is responsive. Also, if you are comfortable with Android interfaces, you will enjoy the ease of using this tablet too. If you want powerful and affordability in an all-in-one package bundle, this tablet is for you.

I was excited during the recent (10/2024) "Prime" event to find the Skyegg K11 Android 14 available at a slightly reduced price. My "ancient" Samsung tablet was not performing, and a replacement was drastically needed. I was also excited to learn that table came with a case, screen protector, keyboard, and a mouse. PROS: * Even at list price this is a bargain. * The Android 14 tablet is great! Speedy when opening apps, websites, and online content that I want to read/review. * Reportedly there is lifetime support. I have submitted my registration information (but no return email yet but it's only been a week). * 1280 x 800 pixels screen resolution is adequate for my purposes. * Sound is good. * Comes with USB-C charging cable, USB-C to USB for other device connection, US Power Supply for charging/power, and "key" for resetting (I guess). CONS: (And the reason for the 3-Stars only.) * Insufficient manual. What is included is a very small and hard to read (even with a magnifying glass and I have pretty good vision) manual. Even with a magnifying glass it was hard to identify the numbers associated with the specific functions on the table. I looked online for videos, manuals, etc. and could not find anything. * NO instructions on apply the screen protector. I did my best to install it but LOTS of permanent bubbles. Ugh! * While the keyboard is Bluetooth and easy to connect to the tablet it DOES NOT connect to the tablet cover in any way (my old Samsung had a magnetic connector). This means that it will be necessary to carry both the table (in its cover) and the little keyboard if keyboard use is desired. It will be interesting to see how long the keyboard "lives." Keys are a bit flimsy. * The included mouse is NOT Bluetooth and requires connecting via USB to the tablet (connector provided but no batteries). I am using my Tecknet Bluetooth mouse, and it connects fairly easily. * While it may be a BDU error (brain dead user - me) it took me a while to figure out how to even use the blue case to support the table and then use the keyboard. Again, a more comprehensive manual would have been nice. * I am computer literate (CompTIA A+ Certified) but find the description "... with 8GB RAM 64 GB ROM 1 TB ..." confusing. Opening the settings (from the home page) reveals 128 GB total. I have some extra SD cards that can supposedly be used to expand storage, but I have not explored that and not information on specific type of SD card to be used. * Sound is good BUT I had to explore and learn how to turn it down since the volume up / volume down did NOT turn down frequent notifications I was getting. Bottom Line: I am not disappointed that I bought it. It is serving my very limited purposes, e.g., read online articles, use it to take notes when I attend conferences rather than my big Lenovo laptop, and check Gmail from time to time. If you are looking for a decent table with accessories especially as a starter perhaps, I so go for it. 10/15/24: Update to review: I changed my overall rating from 3-stars to 4-stars. Basis for this change is "service after the sale." I was impressed when I received an email from a Skyegg representative asking about my purchase. I provided input (from this review) and the representative (Mandy) provided numerous and helpful emails in response to my concerns. For example, a PDF of the tablet manual IS available. Additionally, Mandy indicated that the tablet comes with a protected screen and there was really no reason to apply the one included (which would have been nice to know in advance). I was assured that if I removed the screen protector that I installed AND damaged the tablet, Skyegg would provide a replacement. I prefer to live with the bubbles than run the risk of damaging and then being without a table. Too few companies offer the type of service after the sale that I have experienced from Skyegg this morning. I needed a tablet so I could do some things without being on my laptop all the time, or constantly looking at my small phone screen. I don't really use a lot of technology, and was worried before receiving this tablet. After I got it, and learned how to work it, it was simple! It's bright, easy to see, and also has good speed. I can watch youtube videos or read my kindle books with ease, and the sound quality is excellent. I'm very pleased so far; I have a tight budget, and am so glad I was able to get such a nice tablet for such an affordable cost. I also love the fact it came with so many additions, like the keyboard and mouse. I can't wait to use it more and see what else it is capable of.

It is a good tablet, except can't het the camera to work. There is nothing in the instruction book to help. You would think aim and click, but no, can't get that far.

I just did a quick test run of this tablet and so far it works well for my needs but the mouse it came with does not work. Disappointing. Anyone else try registering their purchase? Bought this for my son for Christmas so it was finally opened yesterday. Thought it was great at first but it won't hold a charge barely and now it is simply not turning on. Just does the initial start up screen that is black and says Skyegg, then shuts back off. Also had no idea that it was a shimmery light blue and not just regular light blue. Wouldnt have chose that for my son. I'm really upset. This was his most wanted gift, a tablet, and now I feel like his Christmas is ruined and he's disappointed and can I afford to buy another tablet? No. I'm mad

I purchased two Skyegg 2025 Android 14-inch tablets as Christmas gifts, and overall, they have been fantastic. The screens are large and clear, making them great for streaming, browsing, and gaming. The performance is smooth, and they offer a great value for the price. We did encounter an issue with the Wi-Fi connectivity on both tablets - especially when trying to use Messenger or video calls, but I was incredibly impressed with the customer service. I reached out for support, and Mandy from customer service responded the same evening, quickly assisting us in resolving the issue. She was professional, helpful, and made sure we had a resolution to our issue. It’s rare to find such responsive and efficient customer service, and that alone makes this purchase worthwhile.
