Do you have to defrost before cooking

No, just throw in the microwave and cook - it does specify how long on box, I think it is 5-6 minutes for one, 8-9 for two.

Can I defrost them and microwave them later ?

I shouldn't have thought so really as they are already baked and only take about 3 minutes to cook from Frozen.I wouldn't think defrosting them before hand would be beneficial.

According to the packet best cooked from frozen. Providing the carer has taken it from the freezer that day and had it hygienically covered it should be quite safe to ear. I cook mine in the microwave then when it's cooled to warm its delicious to eat. I eat the skins too! They are a treat! Enjoy! Bon Apetit
