How thick is this foil in mils?

Too thin. Ripped easily. Leaks because you easily creates holes

Can I safely safely use in a pizza oven for 3 mins at 650 deg?

Most definitely. I wrap baked potatoes & bake at 425 degrees for 90 minutes, or cover leftovers & warm at 300 for a half hour. It’s also great for grilling corn on the cob over an open campfire. Hope this helps!

Have they come yet with a foil you can use in a microwave??

NO, Never use aluminum foil in microwave. It will start a fire in about 2 seconds. And the worst part is the fumes from the aluminum can just about KILL you. Don't do it, Don't try it.
