Can this adjust to deflect the air UP rather then out?

No, it deflects forward at an Angle.

Could this be used on a wall vent? I see it says floor vent, but I need it for a wall vent to deflect air downward.

Does this cover a 14”W x 10”Deep floor vent, OR is it only a 4” deep vent, which happens to adjust to 14” in length? I need it to cover a 10 x 14” vent cover.

What are actual dimensions? Description shows 10" x 14" and product description shows 9 x 4.8 x 4.8 inches.

This unit expands . . . from 8 inches totally compressed to 14 inches totally extended. So the product, when totally compressed is 8" x 4.8" x 4.8". I believe the 10" and 14" description is giving the least and greatest widths because the width slides and expands.

Can this item be used underneath a cabinet with legs?
