It is being delivered today, I already have a full sized Bissel, but wanted a spot cleaner as one of my cats can be a bit sick, and it will save me having to get the large one upstairs. I have no doubt the quality will be good. I did look at cheaper models, but went for the make I know. Will update when it has been used. I have now used it, it is excellent, cleans well, carpets just slightly damp, also very easy to clean out.

I had a full size bissell a few years ago, gave it away when we moved abroad, when I came back purchased the other brand but didn’t like as much, when we moved house recently we didn’t have room to store that one so got rid of it and then got this, we have hard flooring downstairs, with carpets on stairs and in bedrooms. This is a perfect size for what we need, have used to clean door mat, muddy paw prints 🐾 off the sofa and other animal mess off the carpet… you wouldn’t even know anything happened! Unlike just using a stain remover which I find just leaves a crusty mess, this is perfect, easy to put together and use. I find the same issue of getting the tanks fully emptied with the shoulders on the tanks when upside down the water collates there so doesn’t leave the reservoir completely, so the design of that could be improved but I can’t fault the products cleaning ability and the size it’s easy to store in a cupboard, love it earned its keep already!

Currently only used this upholstery cleaner once for a mess our cats have used but absolutely love the pet attachment. It prevents any pet mess from going through all the tubes which I really helpful for cleaning the machine. For the 3 different heads and also the 2 difderent cleaning solutions it is really well priced as it is somethimg we will be using a lot. The pet odour cleankng solution works instantly which is incredible for messy kittens. My only thought is that it makes a really high pitch noise when being used which is uncomfortable on the ears.

Great product, easy to use .... cant go wrong for the money, used it on my carpet stairs and we have 5 Alsatians, make sure you hoover before hand otherwise it can get clogged up easily...

Great for cleaning up little messes and for cleaning sofas and arm chairs a great little product I absolutely recommend it for any home

We have been looking at carpet / spot cleaners to use in the house and car for a while. We have a dog and kids so the carpet has been collecting a variety of marks including some we can't remember the origin of. We decided to go for one of these as opposed to a general carpet cleaner so we could target the problem areas easily. Our main reservations regarding this machine were the reviews regarding leaks. The first thing we did was to test it for leaks and ours was ok. We first used it on a warm day and it was about 22 degrees in the house. The product did well and we were shocked at how little fluid we needed from the "clean" tank despite tackling dry stains. We used it on a carpet and were able to suck the majority of the liquid back up. The carpet of course was damp when finished but was dry to the touch after a few hours. It did a really good job on the stains (we cleaned half our lounge and the hall with the "large area" fill) but will probably fill to the "small area" line next time as really we find the large area fill is too much for one person in one go. After cleaning the machine, my partner removed both tanks and lifted it up to the sink, the hose fell on the floor and we did get a puddle, although as the machine had been flushed, this was clean water on lino so it could have been worse. Next time we will make sure the tube is stowed properly so this can't happen. However I do recommend that the residue liquid in the base is drained out to avoid things going mouldy. On a similar note a minor gripe is that it is almost impossible to dry the "clean" tank fully, or vent it during storage. We'll see if it poses an issue with time. I gave it 4 stars for ease of use as the instructions are not very clear. As others have said they are all pictures and there are a few little things like measuring cups marked in floz but the instructions give quantities in ml (29.5ml = 1 floz). That said we were ultimately able to follow them and assembly and use was straightforward.

I can't fault the performance of the unit as a whole - it seems fairly powerful for something so small. In terms of cleaning it, it's fairly easy - you can remove a cover on the handle to get to caught up hair etc, as well as underneath the removeable waste tank, where again hair gets caught. The waste tank itself isn't easy to clean, though I suppose that's not a big problem. Now the problems - firstly, when you do remove the waste tank, very often it does drip quite a bit, meaning you can easily get mucky water back on the area you just cleaned, though this is fairly easily dealt with if you keep a cloth with you while you work. The bigger problem is the hose itself, which is very likely to break near the handle after an extended period of time, depending on how often you use it. I've had to buy two replacements & each time, after a year or so, it breaks in the same place - additionally, after maybe three years, the pump for dispensing clean water/detergent has also stopped working, so for these reasons I'm not going to continue to repair it and try to find a different more robust carpet cleaner.

It’s not working for me ,there’s no suction out of it,I’ve tried everything I’d like to return it ,if that’s possible ,what happens next?
