They are really good and great value bands. I use them when I am unable to get to the gym. The entire packaging of the item is so personal and a card from the proprietor. The product is very well made. There is also a visual exercise plan, which is most beneficial in getting the most out of the bands. All the bands are colour coded with weight equivalents. Very clever. Good for taking on holidays, or in fact any where. It comes with its own pouch and a door attachment to get the most out of your workout. Can be used on your lunch break for a short workout or even in front of the TV. Many thanks and well done!!!! Highly recommend.

The bands were good they have decent resistance and stretchiness they are comfortable only reason why I let a star off is because at home I didn't have anything to strap these bands to and use them safely so if these bands came with something that would give you safety while you workout such as holding the bands firmly and in place i would give it a 5/5 then but for the price the bands are decent just one thing could be added for safety that's about it

I bought this set of resistance bands because I wanted a set where I could use a combination of bands to achieve the same resistance on pairs of bands to exercise both sides at the same time, and these provide that versatility. The set has two handles, carabiners, an ankle/wrist band, small bag and a door attachment (which I have not used). The quality seems good and the company provided an email address to contact if any problems with the bands, promising a prompt replacement if necessary. I'm happy with the purchase and I would say these are good value for money.

Excellent affordable quality items just what I needed for training at home. Comes with a years warranty too. Very durable and easy to use comes with a workout poster. Fits in a small travel bag so you can take it anywhere!

Firstly these bands look - and work well. Comfortable handles, nice travel bag and well made. They offer a good workout with minimal fuss. Use them 20 minutes everyday. However as with all this type of band they have a fairly short (3 or 4 weeks of moderate 20 minutes per day use) working life. First they start to lose elasticity, then they crack in half at a random point. Sometimes they twang in two halves which catches you with surprise. So good, but bank on repeat purchases if used regularly.

Well made and delivered quickly

I like this product - got the 250lbs black set - smells like real Latex, looks well made, good quality comfortable accessories. Came with a small well written user guide and a large poster with example exercises. I was worried about the length and size of the bands based on other reviews, but for me at 5"10 they work well and are maybe only slightly too long - the manual shows how to tie a knot in the band to shorten them which I may decide to do later - but I suspect it will be difficult to later undo. They come in a small compact bag made of a cheap material - keeps everything together - but I'll throw mine into my sports bag. The resistances are labelled at one end only - and I kinda wish they were coloured now so they can be identified easier as it takes be a moment to riffle through them to find the right one each time. To me they feel lighter than the the labelled amount - in the gym I can't curl 60 lbs dumbbells, but I just went and did a full set of curls using the 60 lbs band no problem. I would say the weight feels like 2/3rds or so less than the amount on the label, however this is fine for me and it is still a very useful amount of resistance for me. If I can find my luggage scales I might do some tests - if I do I'll update this review. Overall I am very impressed with this product - for the price it offers a cheap and convenient way to get in exercise when I don't have time to get to the gym.

I liked them so much that I went back and bought an extra set of handles so my husband and I can both use them together. The door anchor system turns a simple set of bands into a full home gym. We’ve got ours set up on our bedroom double doors, and it works beautifully. They even included a large, easy-to-follow workout poster, which we taped to the back of another door—no guesswork, just get started. What really stood out to me, though, were the thoughtful extras: a “STOP – do not open” door tag (like at a hotel), and a handwritten-style thank you card from the owner. You can tell this isn’t some big faceless company—there’s real care behind the product. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is one of those rare purchases where you feel like you got way more than you paid for. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for! I recently was doing PT from a work injury, but they didn't approve more visits. This is absolutely perfect to continue to strengthen my shoulder and elbow. Easy to use, appreciate the instructions, and a super kind letter from Tim the owner. Good quality stuff. Functions as one would expect. Comes with a chart for exercises and one for the different colored bands. Will be using this as a regular part of my routine.

These bands are by far the best product out there. I had L4,5 spinal fusion and a Total knee replacement 6 months apart. Rehab has been rough. I bought these bands to continue my rehab and not only will I but it came with a poster to workout arms, legs, core and back. PLEASE BUY THESE IF YOUR TRYING TO REHAB FROM ANY ORTHO SURGERY!!!! My physical therapist even praised this and tells her patients now to get these after they are done with PT to continue rehab. Insurance only pays so much!! I do not know the seller and this isn’t some stupid AI review. Lol. Im just a retired Police Officer that has had 22 orthopedic surgeries from a job that is beyond physically demanding. And these bands are getting me stronger everyday.
