Nice TINY pillow. First thing ~ this pillow is NOT 9x13 as stated. It’s more like 7x10. I’ll keep it because I have a use for it but I will have to find a different brand for an 9x13 pillow. It seems to be a very good quality mini pillow.

I'm impressed with the level of customer service displayed by this company, and will give the larger pillow a try. The company did not in any way ask that I change or delete my review. I am changing to three stars for the helpful and courteous customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’m so disappointed in this pillow. The mini-sized one is DEFINITELY mini. Buyer beware. It seems like a pillow made for a doll. It’s in no way large enough for a toddler, even for school naptime. Instructions say to fluff it from each direction for 15 seconds, or put it in the dryer to fluff up. I did both, and as you can see from attached pictures, it remains extremely low and just not overly comfortable. It actually appears larger in my pictures than it really is. The material that the pillow is made of is also very “noisy,” like a very loud crinkling when you move your head on it, which isn’t the case with most pillows. This isn’t something that would get better over time because it’s a material choice issue. I’ve had other less expensive standard sized economy pillows that make a similar sound. The pillowcase is cute, but aside from that, it’s just not worth the money for what you’re receiving. Sadly, returning. And yes, for those who are wondering—even after all the “fluffing,” I still managed to fit it back into its tiny box to return without even vacuum sealing it. That shouldn’t be possible, but yet it is. Way too small to be of use as any sort of real person pillow, mini person or not.
