Great Headset!
The sound quality is excellent even with my Xbox with the AUX cord plug in. Down side is that it does not work with Xbox directly, have to use AUX cord to the controller. But I love the easy UI with the receiver. The dial works great, love the RBG on the headset and the OLED screen is nice and clear. I also really like the retractable microphone for using the headset for music or movies when I am not gaming. The haptics give the headphone a subwoofer feel when there is enough base. The comfort level I would rate 9/10 they are a bit heavy but they are at least comfortable for an over the ear headset. I would say it was worth the money. When I am using the headset for work, it has great range, I can use the simultaneous audio and listen to my phone music anywhere in the office building floor. I also am impressed with the battery life, most wireless equipment I have own dies after a few hours. With the haptics on medium, RBG at 50%-100% brightness, it last me about 15 hours of continuous use before dying on me and charging was super fast less than an hour to get back to above 50% battery life. Highly recommend. would buy again.

Love these headphones!
The Razer Kraken V4 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset has completely transformed my gaming sessions. The audio quality is exceptional, delivering crisp highs and deep, resonant lows that make every game come alive. The THX Spatial Audio provides an immersive surround sound experience, allowing me to pinpoint in-game sounds with remarkable accuracy. One standout feature is the Razer Sensa HD Haptics, which adds a tactile dimension to gaming. Feeling the vibrations of explosions and other in-game actions enhances immersion and makes gameplay more engaging. The haptic feedback is customizable, so I can adjust the intensity to my preference. The headset is incredibly comfortable, even during extended gaming sessions. The memory foam ear cushions and adjustable headband provide a snug yet gentle fit. Despite its robust build, the headset feels lightweight and doesn't cause any discomfort. Connectivity is seamless, with options for 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, USB, and 3.5mm connections. The included OLED Control Hub is a game-changer, allowing me to easily switch between devices and adjust settings on the fly. The battery life is impressive, lasting through long gaming marathons without needing a recharge. Overall, the Razer Kraken V4 Pro is a top-tier gaming headset that delivers on all fronts—audio quality, comfort, and innovative features. It's a worthwhile investment for any serious gamer looking to elevate their gaming experience.

Warning - Currently Requires Additional Software Purchase for THX Spatial Audio to Work
The headset looks great, feels comfy, and sounds ok. But for $400 this should be a premium headset that works perfectly and does not require additional software purchases to make it work. Currently Razer Synapse is bugged and THX Spatial Audio does not work properly with the headset so in many instances the sound is very poor. I tried playing call of duty black ops 6 with THX spatial audio and it sounded absolutely awful. It was obviously bugged. I had to purchase the stand-alone THX Spatial Audio app for $20 to get it to work, then it sounded fine. Point being though, you should not charge $400 (which is already overpriced for what you get) for a headset and then expect the customer to pay an additional $20 to utilize all features. A razer support tech told me that I can use THX via Synapse but it is not currently working and appears to be a known bug, so the stand-alone app is your only option. Also one other really annoying bug I noticed in synapse (which there may be a fix for but I sent the headset back before I investigated this issue further) was my mic volume kept turning down to 0 every time I started my pc and had to manually raise it every time. I like a lot of razer gear but this headset is a big kick in the face to consumers in my opinion.

Nice headset but…
They are nice, I have had a very good experience with them, sound is nice and crisp, the haptics get you fully immersed into what ever game your playing. However be careful they can blow your ears out. Try to dial them in before you get into anything first. They easily sync to Razer chroma. The reasons it’s getting 4 stars and not 5, I run multiple tasks at once, (this is more of just a nag it could even be me) one of them is Apple Music, if I frequently skip songs eventually the sound will become distorted and will stay distorted. I have not experienced this with my turtle beach stealth 700 gen 3. The most detrimental leastwise to me, is the battery won’t last through long gaming sessions. Anything over 5-6 hours you will have to charge it.

Comfortable and long lasting battery
They fit quite nicely even though I have bigger head than average. Sound quality is very good but the standard settings are not the best so you would need to adjust it yourself. I would recommend not making the settings (in decibels) not exceed the 0 mark since that destroyed my last headphones from the same brand but still keeping the ratio. Battery life wise I could use it almost on highest settings (full haptics and loud volume) almost continuously for around 10-12 hours during gameplay. The best feature so far is that I can connect the headphones to my phone whilst keeping the settings I configured in my PC. Can highly recommend.

Good but not great. I'm in troubleshooting monotony now!
I really wanted to love this headset. In general, I think Razer makes good products. I have their Basilisk v3 Pro and the wireless dock and the Goliathus mouse mat and they all work very well. I am currently troubleshooting with razor right now, but I cannot get the settings to save for the haptics or the sound profiles compared to Synapse and the OLED panel. Razer has had great customer support and I've submitted logs with them back and forth and have followed their troubleshooting steps five times. They will be getting back to me after the case has been escalated internally. All that being said, the headset is fairly comfortable but heavy I swapped out the faux leather with some memory foam third party ones). The haptics fun and increase immersion (If they were able to work correctly). The sound quality is quite good, especially if you tweak the mixer because the standard ones really don't sound that great. I don't really care about the headset LEDs because you can't see them when you're playing anyway, so I turn them off to save batteries. The headset is great build quality and I feel like it will last a long time, but I just cannot get the software to work with the OLED hub and the headset. In retrospect, I should have bought the black shark V4 Pro because there is no OLED panel (which I wanted to make settings easier to adjust on the fly which you can also do on the headset itself). Thr Black Shark has better audio drivers and less frills and a much better microphone. I will be interested to see how Razer handles my support case and I have the Asurion warranty with them just in case that doesn't work.

Best RGB gaming Wireless Headset I’ve Ever Used – Truly Feels Next Generation
I've used many high-end headsets, but the Razer Kraken V4 Pro has truly redefined my expectations of what premium gaming audio should feel like. From build quality to immersive features—this headset is in a league of its own. It is definitely the best RGB gaming wireless headset. 🔊 Audio & Sound Quality – 10/10 The sound is incredibly crisp and clear, with powerful bass and razor-sharp highs. Whether I’m gaming, watching movies, or listening to Qur’an recitations, the audio is perfectly balanced. It delivers a studio-level soundstage that pulls you right into the moment. 🤯 Sensa HD Haptics – Immersion Like Never Before This is where the V4 Pro truly shines. The adjustable haptic feedback (Off, Low, Medium, High) makes you feel every explosion, every footstep, and every beat. On High, it’s like your headset is alive—but for longer sessions, I personally love Medium for the perfect balance between immersion and comfort. 🧠 Smart Design – OLED Control Hub The OLED Base Station is sleek, intuitive, and adds convenience with customizable audio settings and charging functionality. I love that I can use it for dual setups: Bluetooth for my laptop, AUX or USB-C for my PS5. Switching between systems is smooth and instant. 🧩 Versatility – One Headset, Many Uses Bluetooth for wireless music or meetings. AUX cable for direct console use (e.g., PS5 controller). USB-C to PC/Console for full-featured gaming (haptics, mic, surround). It’s compatible, flexible, and future-proof. 🎧 Comfort – Designed for Long Gaming Sessions The ear cushions are ultra-soft and breathable, even with long hours of wear. The build feels premium and lightweight yet solid. I often forget I’m even wearing them. 🎙️ Mic Quality – Clear & Natural The microphone delivers crystal-clear voice capture, whether I’m chatting on Discord or in-game. It cancels out background noise effortlessly and sounds natural. ✅ Why It’s Worth Every Penny: Unique haptics that no other headset truly offers this well. Multi-platform compatibility. Amazing audio performance out of the box. Razer's attention to design, utility, and comfort. No annoying dongles—just pure, clean, intelligent connectivity. 💯 Final Verdict: The Razer Kraken V4 Pro is more than just a headset—it's an experience. It's perfect for gamers, entrepreneaurs, content creators, students, and anyone who values audio excellence. Razer has truly delivered a next-gen headset that sets a new bar.

Don't do it
Don't bother guys. Seriously. I love razer and most of they're stuff and for that reason I thought I'd like these. They're terrible. I'd never thought I'd have an issue with "plug in and play" with a headset but they have complicated this to no end. I had them for a month and I couldn't haptics working properly and when they were, it wasn't worth it. The mic is absolute garbage, your friends will complain. Buy something else, leave don't support this BS

Problemas graves de fabrica pero un gran audio
El desempeño del producto es muy bueno sin embargo el dispositivo nunca cargo la batería, al conectar el dispositivo por cable funcionaba pero la batería nunca retuvo la carga.
