It tastes ok. Not great but ok. I got it to help relieve bruising and swelling after eyelid surgery. It may or may not be helping but it is definitely not hurting! The surgeon said I had less swelling than usual.

This tea is pleasant to drink and provided me with a variety of health benefits. I normally enjoy this after dinner and has reduced the feeling of reflux and any stomach pain associated with meals or stomach irritation due to medication.

Tastes fine and does keep you regular which was surprising. Don’t know it it help with fluid retention
