The Novopro NPC flight case range are manufactured from premium grade, laminated plywood panels and assembled with riveted aluminium extrusions. Finished with heavy duty, zinc galvanised ball corners with twist lock, spring loaded butterfly catches - these sturdy and robust cases are built to withstand the rigors of the road. Designed to fit CDJ style players (up to CDJ2000NXS size) and 10"-12" DJM sized mixers (up to DJM900NXS size) the NPC CDJ/DJM slider coffin case is supplied with multiple pieces of foam which can be attached by the affixed adhesive tape, to pad out the interior of the foam to fit your specific units. This means that the case will fit most CDJ and DJM sized products: Player size from: 268 mm W x 382 mm D x 80 mm H, Player size to: 318 mm W x 382 mm D x 130 mm H, Mixer size from: 285 mm W x 359 mm D x 84 mm H, Mixer size to: 330 mm W x 380 mm D x 130 mm H. (The internal foam can be trimmed to fit other larger models and the foam inserts can pad out smaller units). The laptop shelf simply slides backwards on its integrated roller rails, over the mixer when it is in use. (It can also be removed if required -there are 2 x shelf retaining screws) The shelf has integrated cable access ports and comes fitted with 2 x large Velcro straps enabling you to transport your laptop inside the case. Sturdy, rubber coated, sprung loaded metal handles are installed at both ends of the case and there are also integrated rolling wheels for easy transportation. Three access panels on the front of the case are fixed with convenient flip down hinges, meaning these smaller components cannot be misplaced. The base of the case is fitted with removable, heavy duty, anti-slip rubber feet. The lid has ball socket corners enabling the lid to be positioned under the base of the case to raise the working height if required. The external size of the fligtcase is 1135 mm W x 535 mm D x 230 mm H and it weighs 24.2 kg.
