RAM MOUNTS X-Grip Windshield Phone Mount with Twist-Lock Suction Cup Base

Works great and holds my phone securely. Easy to install and adjust, and the suction cup stays firmly in place. Very happy with it!

Was debating on getting this for a while. I’ve tried multiple mounts and they all seem to fail. I wasn’t fond on a suction cup mount , but this one has been the best by far. I’ve seen the reviews of some saying it falls off but I think it might be from placing it onto a dirty surface area. I would recommend grabbing a microfiber rag and cleaning down your Windshield with a glass cleaner before placing your mount . It has not came off my windshield since I bought it. I would also recommend getting some loctite for the small screws. I saw some reviews saying they came off so I didn’t risk it . For reference I have an I phone 17 pro max with a case and it requires the grip to expand to its max , so if you have have something that is similar or wider with a thick case it might not fit.

For years, I've been driving around without a place in car where my phone belongs. It's been in the cupholder, in my lap, on the passenger seat, and on other cheaper mounting devices. . . all of which suck for various reasons. I use GPS a lot, since I constantly travel to unfamiliar towns for work, so the failure of all previous solutions means I spend too much time taking eyes off the road to understand my directions. This thing is awesome. Its design makes if possible to put it anywhere you want in your car - at any distance, at any height, at any angle. The spring clamp that holds your phone is easy to use and 100% reliable (I have friends who use this design for off-roading and for mounting on motorcycle handle bars). The suction cup has yet to fail, even as we've been through all the temperature changes of fall and winter in Michigan. There are cheaper versions out there. I haven't used all of them, and I don't know how well they work, but this is a perfect solution and well worth the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The rating is because I have an iPhone 16 Pro which means I have the side button for photos as well as the lock button on the right side. So often do I flip my phone around mounted in the airplane and it cuts off my videos. However, the suction on this is amazing, the quality is 10/10. Has never fallen off of the window. Has screws so really durable. Unfortunately the mobility is not as great as I was hoping for. Really wanted to be able to maneuver it a bit easier, but it’s priced well & works well enough. I use it every time that I fly! My boyfriend has a different RAM mount for his motorcycle & the phone is so secure in these!!

Strong suction cup and great grip on small devices. Versatile mount. Ram also has several options for bases and device holders. I like that i can customize it later as needs change.

Fast delivery. Works exactly like it should. Will be purchasing more as needed.

This is the best option. I’ve had it for months and it’s only come off the window one time. Works well. Sturdy.

This has to be my favorite product ever purchased on Amazon. I use it with my iPhone pro max with a case it fits sturdy. With smaller phones the head swivels and can be a bit annoying. Aside from that I’ve purchased it 6 months ago and switch almost daily from personal vehicle to work vehicle. The suction is great. The only times I’ve ever had trouble is when there’s condensation on the windshield. Other than that. Give it a good press down and clamp it works 99% of the time worth the money. I went through 2 of the Ross 12 dollar ones before I decided on this one

Come al solito non si smentisce mai, supporto super resistente e solido. Una volta posizionato non perde aderenza in nessun caso. Consigliatissimo

RAM mounts are always superb quality products plus the ball head system is awesome to use. I can use the set up to use it with my Go Pro adapter as well. All one has to do is, get the Go Pro 1" ball head adapter and you have 2 uses of this great product.
