I use the Nespresso descaling packets once every 2-3 months. I have a Nespresso 1-2 times a day, plus I share additional cups when I have friends over. Wow. This is a great product for descaling your Nespresso. We had honestly never descaled and we were overdue. Follow the directions for your equipment (we accessed ours online). We could see the product working by the chunks of "scale" in the discard liquid. Comes with two packs so we are ready for the next descaling a few months from now.
