Could you tell me if I need a 25mm or 35mm deep back box?

Unit I received from Amazon needs 45mm of clearance, which was disappointing since the prior unit had a 35mm box.

Do these have the ce mark on them, i.e are they tested to conform to uk/eu electrical regulation standards - and not some cheap chinese version...

What is the difference between the 2 way/nbs22g-01 and the 2-way/matt chrome? its says brushed steel in the main description so a bit confused.
