I switched to these from Teva flip flops and tbh I should have switched sooner. My Tevas were squishy and comfy but don't measure up to the supportiveness of these. As far as sizing goes I tend to buy 9.5 but they didn't have half sizes so I sized down and they're perfect. The top straps I thought were too tight at first but it was just I wasn't used to the anti-slip material that touches the skin. The arch support is firm and I would say medium height. The soles are nice and grippy for slick surfaces.**3 month update**They're still comfortable and supportive but are really starting to show wear. The black footbed is wearing off at the edges and they already look a few years old.

Too narrow, toes hung over the side. I liked everything else about the shoes.

These are the best flip flops for my plantar fasciitis. So sad they don’t make these anymore. They were expensive but well worth the price!

Wife likes how much support these flip flops have. Chaco redesigned their tried and true flip flops for a much lesser design with far less comfort and support, so she tried these. These do the job. Can walk in them all day. They dry fast too. Colors are simple, but true to the images shown.
