This computer replaced my 5 year old HP that ran horribly. I didnt want to spend a fortune since all I use my computer for is email, facebook and online bill pay. The price on this one was affordable. Despite it not being a known brand, I decided to give it a try. I've had a few months and I LOVE it! Within 20 seconds of powering it up, I am surfing the net..... it is lightening fast compared to old HP. Personalization was super easy and it already had Windows 11 installed. My husband was jealous at how fast my new computer powered on compared to HIS HP and Toshiba that he asked me to order HIM one of these too. I also like that the charging cable is not big and bulky like my HP had. The battery holds up for 3 hours of continuous surfing or computer work if unplugged and fully charged. If you're a gamer or professional, this probably wont suffice, but if you dont do a ton of downloads and just want to email, look at youtube, facebook, etc..... I dont think you will be disappointed with this laptop

Everything is working so well the functionality is a 10 out of 10. The only thing about it is when you’re running multiple of tabs, especially if it has graphic design software you would need to update it but other than that, it works pretty well. The laptop quality and itself is very sleek. Lightweight and the screen is very much clearer. You can hear and see everything you’re supposed to. The speed of the computer is actually pretty good except for when you’re running multiple applications at once so if you’re trying to use this to do your graphic design work or for games, you would most likely need to update it and there are options updated without having to get another computer just as Rufus, the AI assistant on Amazon.. the battery life so far is doing pretty well I’ve had multiple application applications open. I had it charging and is done pretty good. The battery hasn’t went dead. It goes to sleep every 30 seconds so you have to make sure that you keep it up if you’re gonna be away from it for less than 30 seconds.

This is a decent basic Windows laptop at a reasonable price. Was easy to connect to our WiFi, printer and import browser settings. A negative is a short power cord so have to use an extension to reach the outlet. Another thing is that the description is slightly wrong, it is a mini-HDMI port not full size HDMI so I had to buy a different cable to match it.

I've had this computer for over a year now. Forgot to do a review then. It has been a great laptop. Does everything I need it to do and more. Would definitely buy again.

Sound quality was that of a phone. Barely handled an external sound device. Felt like it would break when the win blew so not durable at all. Screen quality was ok but I get better quality on my phone. Versatility? No. Ease of use? Super easy thats for sure. Storage was ok too but you would still need an external if you planned to keep a lot of stuff on it. For real I wouldn't buy unless you are strictly using it for typing papers and documents. Maybe keeping photos there but anything beyond that requiring power, don't do it. They are cheap for a reason.

Piece of crap p c. No way to restart the damn thing. Charge cord won't stay plugged in. Won't keep charging. I'm going try to make it work but don't see how can keep it. Probably returning it. Just was affordable but heck can't get the damage thing to restart and no way to remove battery easily.

I absolutely am 100% happy with the purchase of my laptop you can't beat the price the quality of the picture on the screen is amazing it's high speed you can multitask with several different things going on at same time it's fast it boots up very quickly I love this laptop I've had two contact customer service with a question and they are absolutely unbelievable they're fast efficient and very polite easy to work with don't hesitate if you have any questions to contact customer service overall five stars would purchase again

first & foremost, the computer works it has a sleek appearance to set up, there is a rather long process, like setting up your account & pin because this is a generic computer (when you load the startup screen the intel logo pops up) made somewhere in China, the computer does NOT have the functionality to connect to the Google Play Store unfortunately this was initially a dealbreaker for me, as I love being able to download apps easily thru the Google Play Store, (like you can't download YouTube or Google Meets) however you can download other apps that may be useful to you I use it mainly for work-related tasks and nothing too complicated when used for more complicated tasks, it wears at the battery & slows down & needs to be plugged in because the battery dies when you have more complicated tasks (such as transferring a large number of files or images from one folder to another) in any case, I think this computer is useful for certain work purposes, it is an attractive computer and most importantly, it works, however if connecting to the Google Play Store is important for you, you won't be able to with this computer.
