Brilliant for pelvic and lower back pain!!
As a long time endometriosis sufferer, this product is brilliant. Keeping a hot water bottle on your pelvic area isn't easy and other heating pads are too hard and bulky to sit under the belly. It's genius how flat and soft it is making it extremely wearable and the extension belt is a godsend. It's also extremely discreet and I was able to wear it at work without anyone knowing. The only downside side is the battery takes forever to charge up so I'm thinking of buying a second battery pack.

Finally, a heat pad that actually gets hot!
Finally, a heat pad that actually gets hot! This heat pad is so good, I've tried various back heat pads for relief on a prolapsed disc, & they barley get hot enough to feel anything. So I thought I'd try a different route & try a period pain relief pad. I'm so glad I did, using it on the back instead of the front is a little trickier, but if you set it up before putting it on, it's not an issue. It's lightweight and has a lovely feel to it and the controls are very easy, and on the highest setting it does get quite hot, hot enough to feel through a thin item of clothing also. The expanding belt size is generous, but there is also an extending section too for those a bit "portly" like myself lol and it's not bulky. It's really comfortable to wear, you can literally forget you have it on. So happy with this belt!

Very discreet and comfortable. Not very long battery life!
Order it about a year ago. Very happy, very pleased. Only downside is that the battery doesn't last very long ( an estimate of around 3 hours of semi continuous use). Unfortunately after a year the battery pack starting playing up. I contacted costumer service. They reached out immediately and were very helpful and within 2 days they had sent a complete replacement of the heating pad, no questions asked. My only issue would be the battery back. Tried searching to buy an extra separately but they dont sell them separately.

Great for endometriosis and adenomyosis pain
I love this heat belt so much. It’s so easy to be mobile with it unlike a water bottle or a heavier duty heat pad - I’ve tried many! I have endometriosis and adenomyosis and it helps soothe the pain a lot. The heat settings are brilliant, I usually have it on medium and only use high if I’m wearing thick clothes. The customer service is also great, and when mine broke I got a replacement sorted so quick and easy. The only thing I would suggest is to buy a different battery pack. The one it comes with maybe lasts an hour but using a belkin one gives me 8hr usage on my worst days. I’ve already recommended this to friends who also love it. Definitely the best heat pad I’ve had for pain relief.

Great product and amazing customer service
This heat belt is amazing. I use it lots at work. I contacted the company to see if I could get a spare battery so it could last a day at work. Sadly there was no batteries that could ship to the UK. They have been so kind and sent me another heat belt This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. I'm so happy with the product and their great customer service

Fantastic
This is fantastic, it's really really thin and gets nice and hot. Works great on both my sacrum/pelvis and for cramping... I might need 2 when they both play up at the same time lol

ugh
SO disappointing. Worked great for a day. But battery won't work unless plugged in, so I can't use it walking around or working at my desk. Just shuts off immediately. For that much money, what a waste! Can see how it would be great if it would be possible to use it not plugged into the wall.... want my money back!

Every woman deserves one of these!
This product has been a life saver. It is the best thing for a woman for that time of the month, and even if you are someone who gets ovarian cysts like myself, this definitely helps! I've also gotten swollen lymph nodes and it helps ease those as well. I love that this is HSA approved too and got a few for Christmas gifts because honestly every girl deserves one of these! The heating pad itself is super soft and convenience is nice that it straps on and you can wear without holding it, which is nice if you need to do choirs. Only thing I would say is that the battery packs wire isnt very long and wish I could slide it in a pocket. It doesnt really strap on to the heating pad strap either but I manage. I also use this so much the battery dies quicker since I usually do like 3 rounds a session. An 1.5 battery life isnt long enough, cry face but hey im happy I get at least 1.5hr time regardless. So thank you whoever invented these amazing things!

Wow, it’s amazeballs!
Let me begin with I started having cramps and spotting after not having a period for nearly 20 years due to endometriosis (med controlled). The pain and nausea was unbearable but I didn’t want to go to the ER because they’re terrible here (rural medicine at its finest). So I bought this and two kinds of pain patches. This came first and oh my gosh, it charged much faster than indicated and the directions were good, but not great, it missed a few steps and I’ve got a brain injury so I struggled a little but was able to figure it out pretty quickly. I turned it on and was stunned how wonderful this heating belt is! It’s now changed my life. I’ve used it multiple days in a row until I stopped needing it. I love that there’s an expandable belt, it’s so thoughtful and necessary. I barely needed it, but I did need it. No additional discomfort with pinching or pressure, just heat where I needed it. I really like the fabric as well. My sole complaint is that the company does not sell the herb pouches that come with it. I’ve searched and I’ve not found anything. It really bothers me because the pouches help so much. Overall, it’s a fantastic tool for women having any sort of abdominal pain and I’d recommend this to others.

Great for pain relief
Omg the way I love this. I bought this green one for myself and another one for my daughter. It heats up very fast. It’s adjustable, easy to use and great for pain relief. It’s absolutely reliable.

Bummer
This was great! … for about two or three months, when the middle setting for the hearing function just stopped working. I set it to the middle setting and within five seconds it turns itself off, after which, NONE of the settings will work until I unplug and replug the power supply. Vibrations, low heat, and high heat all work fine, and those are all the settings I don’t use (low heat is ineffective for me, high heat is actually too hot, and I’m not even totally sure how the vibrations are meant to help lol). But the one setting I use is the only one that no longer works. It’s disappointing because this really did help me a lot for the first couple of months, but oh well, I guess.

5 star customer service, 3 star product
I'm giving this an overall 4. 5 stars for their customer service and 3 for the overall product. My package from Amazon arrived in terrible condition—the package was covered in a disgusting, foul-smelling grease that seeped through onto the outside of the box through the plastic shrinkwrap. I decided to open the box to inspect if it had effected the product itself. The pad smelled weird and the clasp looked like it had a fingerprint on it signifying that it was a return. I decided to contact Pixie directly instead of going through Amazon, and I am so glad I did. They stepped up, handled the replacement themselves, and got a brand-new one to me within 5 business days. As for the heating pad itself, it's a bit of a mixed bag. It takes it a few minutes to get going but when it does, It heats up very well. The down side is you can barely feel the massage function at all. The material is also a bit rough and scratchy against bare skin. Overall, it functions okay, but knowing what I know now, I think I would have preferred a more traditional microwaveable heating pad.
