I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but this robot vacuum has completely surpassed all our expectations. Our floors have never been this clean—not even when we first moved in! I was skeptical at first, having had a poor experience with earlier robot vacuums that lacked mapping capabilities. But this one changed everything. It moves with care, never bumps into furniture, and takes its time to navigate safely around obstacles, making it feel incredibly intelligent and reliable. Setting it up was a breeze. From unboxing to having it clean our home took barely any time at all. The initial mapping process was surprisingly fast and remarkably accurate. Every corner of our space was captured with precision, and the robot navigates confidently using this map. One of the standout features is its multi-floor functionality. We have multiple levels in our home, and this robot handles them effortlessly. The only minor inconvenience is that selecting floors in the app could be a bit more straightforward—but once selected, it works flawlessly. For the first two weeks, the vacuum has run almost entirely without any human intervention. It did get stuck under our bed once, but aside from that single incident, it’s been completely independent and dependable. The app experience is equally impressive. It’s intuitive and accessible for users of any tech comfort level. At the same time, it offers a wide array of settings for those who want to dive deeper and fine-tune the experience. It strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and customization. In short, I highly recommend this robot vacuum to anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine without compromising on results. It’s smart, effective, and truly a joy to use. What are the cons? 1) Yes, you need to remove long hair from the roller. 2) The station is quite big, but clean design. Not too ugly to have standing around. 3) Cloud connected (data privacy?) 4) Noise level is completely fine compared to a normal vacuum cleaner, but it runs for a long time.

I have no flashy pictures. However I am coming from a shark and love this machine. My shark would constantly stuck while I was at work. My Dreame L10 ultra g2 is amazing we have ran it a handful of times to test it out. The first time was the quick mapping, no lying that was quick. Lol. Then the 2nd time it did well we just forgot that we had it in the laundry room, closed the door and it couldn't return to base. My fault, oops. I have not figured out how to get it to clean out when I manually put it on the base. The third time it ran for over 120 mins, didn't need a charge, emptied out several times for the dust bin (3 dogs 3 boys), so battery life is awesome. Noise level is good, better than the shark. Love that it is a duo. This worked as I was at work so it saved time. I hope to give another update with longevity. Update 3 weeks in and I still love it. My floor is lvp but white with marble effect and love running the mop task. I made a goal of mopping thr floor really well once a week, then use robot the rest of the week. We have almost filled one bag with the dust and fur of 3 dogs. Also this thing hardly ever gets stuck on things. I have put up all cords. It runs daily while im at work or laying down for the night. Sold my 2 sharks for this 1 unit. So far it exceeds my expectations.

Love this vacuum, easy setup and easy upkeep. The LIDR was spot on and mapped the house very well. My house is larger than the average home so the battery wont allow it to mop and vacuum the whole house in one go. But I also have it on higher settings. I find it does a great job at cleaning, even picking up dog hair and the wife's long hair with ease. We had a carpet that was rather dirty and it sucked everything up with ease. Overall it is able to get into many tight spaces and with the swing arm even get those pesky corners. It has a very sleek design as well and its functionality meets all of our needs.

We’ve been using the Dreametech L10S Ultra (Gen 2) for a while now, and overall, it’s definitely been worth the investment. We run it twice a day, every day, and it’s done a solid job keeping up with our household — especially considering we have three big dogs constantly shedding. It’s been a huge help in managing pet hair and keeping the floors looking fresh. The vacuum suction is strong and reliable, picking up dirt and fur without issue. The mop feature doesn’t scrub super deep, but it does leave the floors with that clean, refreshed feel that makes a big difference — especially if you’re someone who likes your space to feel neat and polished. That said, there are a few quirks to be aware of. It does get stuck pretty easily, especially around things like floor transitions, tight spots, or low furniture. We’ve had to rescue it more times than we’d like. Also, the mopping pads are magnetic, which is convenient in theory, but they can fall off mid-cleaning, which stops the whole process. That part gets a little annoying, but I understand the tradeoff. One unique feature is the remote driving mode — you can literally steer the vacuum with a remote. It’s a fun option, but the controls are a little odd at first and take some getting used to. All in all, despite a few small frustrations, we’re really happy with the L10S Ultra. It’s become part of our daily routine and makes life a whole lot easier in a house full of pets and mess. Worth the price if you’re looking for a reliable all-in-one vacuum and mop that can handle high-traffic homes. I will definitely update my review in a few months, just to help other customers because I definitely base all my huge purchases off reviews. I will also try to get a video of it being in use, but we typically run it when no one is home.

Best high-end, full-auto, mop/vacuum combo! Waited for over six months of extensive usages to give this justifiable review. Pros: 1. High quality made materials in and out. Compared to my previous robot mops and vacuums, this is the one that gives the high-end feel, from the unit, the contours and surfaces, the tanks, mop pads, connections and all. Attentions to details are witnessed everywhere. 2. Super smart. And I meant real world smart. One example, one area of the front door was covered by an area rug, the unit was set up to vacuum the area. The other day, the wife decided to pull the rug, guess what, when the unit took its run over the area, it sensed the rug was gone and automatically switched to mopping mode for the tiles. Excellent! Never mind doors, corners or low clearances, this thing never gets caught. I watched it in amusement every time that it lowered itself under my huge computer work station to mop the hard wood floor. Previous mop would be caught half way inside my electrical jungles. In a matter of fact, it adapts so well, it is kind of annoying. It never gets stuck, and no, you don't have to jam your door, or fence your stairs. This thing is REAL smart! 3. The cleaning part. I am a neat freak, and the wife is a hygiene psycho. We kept the house pretty clean and organized. We run the unit once a week. Even though the wife would never admit this thing clean well. I have to give some robot justice. It is very clean compared to hiring someone to actually scrub the floor. I read that someone would schedule it to clean at night every night. We only have three adults living in the same household, though one is very messy, the adult son, LOL, cleaning once a week it is clean enough for us. And the mopping leaves NO streaks! Important as per the wife! 4. It is quiet! I found too quiet can be a bad thing sometimes. Like at the beginning, you would be like, damn, did this thing get stuck somewhere? Or is he actually cleaning, the lazy robot?! 5. Time efficient. It did my main floor about 800 square feet, with mixed of hardwood, tile and carpets at under 90 minutes. No, my robot is NOT lazy. And compared to my robot vac upstairs, no need to name brand here, that wanders the seas of carpets of one fifth of the area aimlessly and mysteriously, I wonder?! 6. Excellent app, features and customizations and adaptations. The app works, period. It can do so many more things, but I don't care. So many features and custom settings, I tried some and gave up. Default works perfectly for me. I am sure someone would want to wash their mop pads every 10 minutes or every 5 square meters. It works with Alexa, tried it and confirmed. But I feel bad to ask a robot to tell another robot to get to work, you know what I mean! Now, Cons: 1. Pretty big! I don't think I can justify this being a negative considering a mop/vac combo with both fresh/waste water tanks and units and all. But it does take up an area of your wall and floor space so don't complain. 2. Pice. I got a deep discount on Prime, but it is still very expensive. 3. Too many features for ME! Great buy! Already kept and accepted by wife! Recommended to countless friends, families and enemies! Many also bought units as well. PS, When I say full-auto, you still need to physically fill up clean water, pour out dirty water, and push you lazy finger on the app. LOL!

Ya tenía tiempo queriendo un robot con estas características ya qué tengo desde hace varios años un Xiaomi Mijia 1c y desde ahí siento que son aparatos qué valen mucho la pena. Las funciones qué estaba buscando para hacer el upgrade las tenia este robot, autolimpieza de la basura, autolimpieza y secado de las mopas, multiples pisos, que se pudiera usar liquido limpiador y que tenga buena capacidad para no tener que limpiarlo o rellenar agua durante varios días y todo lo cumple a la perfección. El robot también es muy silencioso así que lo programo temprano y no hace tanto ruido como para despertarnos. Algo qué me gustó de este robot es que una de las mopas tiene extension para llegar a lugares más difíciles y a diferencia de mi anterior robot qué la función de trapeado no era tan buena ya qué solo era un trapo "coleando" el piso, en este caso son mopas giratorias qué el robot regresa a lavar cada ciertos m2 ahora si queda super bien el piso y creo yo indispensable usar detergente para que las mopas queden limpias y no embarren la suciedad, y por cierto al final el robot limpia y seca las mopas y quedan como nuevas Estas características usualmente eran de robots más caros pero ahora mismo tienen un precio bastante bueno poco mas de $10k me costó Super recomendado

Got the product, about a week ago. So far so good, very happy with the Dreame L10s Gen 2. Was a bid sceptic as I did recieve it with it's box already opened, and the safety sticker already pulled off from the charging point on the robot. However the suplier gave a plug adaptor extra in the box (most likely the reason for it being opened) and the robot what charged a bit, so I believe they tested it before shipping. (Therefore the safety sticker removed) besides from those 2 things, it works perfectly and I do recomend this product. I have a huskey like dog who sheds daily and it has no problem cleaning and vacuuming the floor.
