Great Tool!
Don't know why this excellent product never found it's way into my toolbox. It took a spill on my new smooth-top radiant electric stove to research 'how to clean?' on YouTube. Two of the best tutorials used and recommended the Titan 11031 specifically. The unit comes with a special blade (thicker than a normal razor blade) that you do pull out of its shipping position and reverse so that the scraping edge of blade is angled down (see photo). Worked like a charm: after soaking the area with some dawn liquid, baking soda and vinegar the spill was easily scraped off with absolutely no damage to the glass.

Very helpful for cleaning glass cooktop
Glad to have found this device for cleaning my glass cooktop, which gets dirty even after just boiling some water. (We have hard water.) What I do periodically is to first smear the glass cooktop with a paste of baking powder and wait a couple hours. Then I'd go over it using this scraper and then wipe off the gunk. It really feels good to see the clean and shiny surface again.
