I have POTS and I LOVE these! Super good for a quick fix of electrolytes, I take 1 every day and I pop one whenever I feel symptoms coming on, it helps give me a quick boost. I’ve tried the orange flavour of these and didn’t really like them but I still bought them because they helped me so much however, I love this berry flavour! It is much more tolerable than the citrus flavours.

If you hike, you know the importance of good hydration. I’m not a fan of the electrolyte pouches you add to water because they stain the inside the f my water bladder and it’s hard to remove then taste. Salt Stick is the absolute perfect solution for me. I can have pristine water and a pristine water bladder and still have electrolytes—and on demand! In my experience, SaltStick works faster and longer than some powder in my water bladder. I keep a bunch of their tablets in my front pants pocket on every single hike and I have shared the with my fellow hikers many times. They feel how fast they work and rave about the taste.
