I ordered 2 kinds, one for my mom w a handle bar stand and myself w out one (this one I’m reviewing). I started out using it on low for 10 min after my morning coffee. I either put on prayer/or meditation music and it’s a nice little wake up shaker lol This past week I started using the arm attachments for arm exercises. 3 days later, I feel my upper arms burning lol It motivates me more than anything now. I have energy after I use it and gets my butt moving for the day. I still only use it 10/min on low no matter if its just w prayer or exercise. I def see me upping intensity on it. It’s very stable to stand on, but I still place it facing the wall so I can stretch against it or incase I lose balance. Design is nice. My mom who is 70 and has knee, hip, and back issues did not like using hers. I don’t know if she used it right (or even tried it lol) but I couldn’t think of an easier way to get her moving. She didn't want a walking pad so I thought babysteps with this. I don’t think she even opened her manual to see the different ways you can use it. Because it shows sitting in a chair with feet placed on it can help your legs. Idk, I’m almost 50 and far from perfect shape, but this machine has me motivated and I love mine. I believe it’s worth a REAL try. I’ll update my progress later:)

Love this vibration plate so many variables and levels. Great for lymphatic drainage.

The machine has worked flawless for several months now. The customer support from the seller is awesome. I have a word of caution to those who haven't worked out for a while. I'm one of those who hasn't worked out for some time. So me being me, I jumped right in and the first time I used the machine, I went for 10 minute workout. OH MY GOODNESS! I was sore for over a week. Seriously sore! So Please, start out slowly. I recommend to start with one minute and then build from there. So after I could walk again, I started slowly. I'm at 5 minutes now and I really enjoy the effects. I have it under my desk so all I have to do is get the remote and away I go. The unit seems to be very well made. I'm 6'3"and 290 lbs. Take that for what it's worth. I have recommended this unit to friends and family. Again, a word of caution! SLOW STARTING OUT! I would definitely buy again.

I’ve been using this vibration plate for a few weeks now and really like it. It’s easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and feels sturdy. There are a ton of speed settings, so you can start light and work your way up. I mostly use it to help with muscle soreness, circulation, and inflammation—and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. My legs feel less stiff, and I recover faster after workouts. The remote and Bluetooth speaker are nice extras, and the resistance bands are a good bonus too. Overall, a great buy for the price!

Overall this is a great vibration plate for the price but there are some frustrating things. The biggest one is the touch screen pad on the top - it’s very hard to do a lot of the stretches on the plate without touching the pad and it immediately turning off. It limits what you can do. The other is the remote - great option to have but only 3-4 of the buttons work. None of these are deal breakers, but something to consider depending on what features are important to you.

Works well, very strong vibrations. Not to big. Easy to use right out of the box.

I recently purchased this vibration plate less than a week ago, and it has already malfunctioned. It arrived without the plate inside, and now it no longer turns on. I’m very disappointed, as the product does not match what was advertised and appears to be defective.
