Work great, no tears or pinching when handling metal items.

This stops briars and thorns cold! These are the best gloves I have bought for clearing out various bushes. Blackberry thorns simply do not penetrate these gloves. The protection is only on the palms and fingers, but not the back. Still, it's the best that I've used for the task. I have used heavy demolition gloves, and the thorns can still penetrate those. These gloves stop the thorns, and your hands and fingers still move with ease.

These are the best anti poke gloves I've found so far for handling and transplanting cacti. You do have to be careful and pay attention to what you are doing. I gave them 4 out of 5 because on of those needles mangage to penetrate the glove and get me. For the tiny fine hair like pokies, every cactus lovers nightmare, they work very well. I'm happy with my purchase.

I have put these gloves through a lot and they have barely even been scuffed. I expect these to last me a very long time as the previous gloves, they have 5/5 passed the sharpness test on the palms as I had to try it for myself that you really could not cut them and it was true. Additionally, the main usage I give them is to carry around items with cinches and the previous gloves would rip in the knuckle-area and so far these haven't not even stretched or scuffed in the same area. I am very pleased with the quality, and I was afraid to pay the price but they are very well worth the price tag.

I use them for clearing blackberry vines and trimming roses. They work GREAT!! Much better than the thick welding gloves I used before.

The puncture-resistance is very good -- but it is inside only, not on the sides of the thumbs and fingers, nor in the crotch of the thumb, nor at the tops of the first two fingers and thumb. The backs of the hands are not protected at all (nor the wrists). When pulling thorny greenbrier plants these gloves left my hands scratched, poked, and bleeding. Unsatisfactory.
