Description

Pourable self levelling resurfacer for damaged or rough concrete surfaces.
Contains reinforcing polyamide fibres for superior strength.
Shock and abrasion resistance, it is suitable for forklift traffic and general industrial use.
Designed for warehouse and industrial floors when rapid strength and durability are a high priority.
Coverage: 3.75m² @ 3mm thick, 2.2m² @ 5mm and 1.1m² @ 10mm per 25kg.

Floor Leveller can be left as a wearing surface or sealed and coated with FixMaster Epoxy Paint Water Based to give a protective and decorative finish. * Easy to use: pre-measured components * Two primers included, nearly all types of rough surface can be covered * Fibre reinforced fot a stronger, more durable surface * Application depth from as little as 3mm up to 6mm * Suitable for interior or exterior use * Can be overpainted if a sealed or anti-slip surface is required Surface Preparation Concrete should be clean and free from loose material. If the surface has previously been painted the majority should be removed, especially if there are signs of loose or flaking edges. Small as of well bonded paint may remain, however if in doubt please call us. Surface Priming Two primers are supplied, primer 1 and primer 2. Primer 1 is to be used on porous surfaces. The concrete should be dampened with clean water, left for 30 minutes before evenly applying primer 1 with a brush or broom. Once dry primer 2 can be applied and the Floor Leveller mixed and laid straight onto primer 2 whilst still wet. Ensure to apply the primers evenly to avoid ponding as any excess primer can be drawn to the surface to leave a milky residue. This does not affect the products strength but can create an uneven appearance and causes problems with over coating. Mixing Pour the resin into the tub and slowly add the powder. Mix using a drill fitted with a mixing blade until a uniform consistency is obtained, this will take approximately 3-4 minutes.
