I was thoroughly impressed by the build quality of this TV. It has an all metal case, well sealed ports, and a powered cooling fan that you can barely hear with your ear right next to it. Picture quality is great, and plenty of brightness for outside. I bought the slip cover to keep it covered/clean as well.

Great picture....a little disappointed in the sound, so may eventually add a soundboard. I have bought alot of tv's over the years and have never purchased one that did NOT have a protective film over the screen!

This is an update to a previous review where I noted issues with the remote control not working with select buttons. Those issues have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. The picture quality is superb and even exceeds that of my 4K TVs at home. I've received many compliments from friends who visit and enjoy sporting events with me. Additionally, the service I've received has been excellent. They were extremely responsive to my questions and issues, and they followed up multiple times to ensure I was kept informed. I will definitely be a returning customer someday!

It took a long time to receive the tv and when we finally received the tv, the color is all off. We emailed with customer service and they had us download a fix that did not fix the color. They said they would send us another tv and we had to somehow return the original tv. The new tv still has the color off. Everyone's faces are red and the green is off. The color is terrible and now we missed the window to receive a refund. We now have 2 expensive tvs, will have to return one, and we are stuck with an expensive tv that has an awful picture. I do not recommend this product.

Alot of glare on screen outdoors. Not happy.

Extremely disappointed - after setting up and installing, picture color was over-saturated and there is no auto-brightness control…hard to believe for out door TV. Color distortion was limited Google YouTube TV and was informed by YouTube TV customer service they don’t support Sylvox. Product description and box indicates “Google TV”
