Delicious salt free vegan seasoning for soups
The best salt free seasoning for soups. This is my favorite seasoning that I have used for more than 10 years. High quality, salt free, and vegan.

Great for nutritionally conscious
It’s a delicious product for those wanting a healthy diet. I really appreciate the quality and benefits. The price is high so I hope Dr Fuhrman will keep it within reach of every day people.

Surprisingly Good
This -- and the Matozest -- were impulse purchases on our road to trying to build better nutrition in our diets. I can't attest to the nutrition claims made by Dr. Furhman that this powder adds nutrition to what you put it in, but I can say that it adds a lot of flavor to soups and dressings. Also, I sprinkle it on cubed squash and sweet potatoes before putting them in the oven to cook and crisp up. It is expensive, but does have a lot of flavor that helps reduce the need for salt, and if it boosts the nutritional value of the foods, all the better!

Too sweet and no garlic/herb
First ingredient "soy flour." Second ingredient "organic date." That gives you an idea of what this tastes like, not spicy but sweet with a dull powdery taste--not "garlic and herb" tasting like it says on the bottle. You have to use a lot of it to taste any garlic or herbs but then it is overshadowed by so much sweetness! Yuck. True disappointment. Throwing it out, sadly.

I'm a vegan and always looking for new and exciting products that are also healthy and delicious and I'm a fan of Dr. Furhman. Definitely try it and you'll see what I mean ~ 💚

yummy
This made a nice addition to my crockpot soup. I combined it with the MatoZest and freeze-dried veggies to make a yummy bean and vegetable soup.

Pricey; little flavor
This is a salt free substitute for flavoring. It doesn't add hardly any flavor to the dishes I've tried it in. The price is quite high considering you only get 8 oz. I can make my own or purchase other salt free substitutes that are much more flavorful and much cheaper. I won't be purchasing this again.
