Will this replace factory harness?

Yes. This is designed to control the ignition of a LS engine that will no longer be using the factory computer and wiring harness. Most use the MSD 6014 in conjunction with a carburetor on a LS engine.

Does it fire the fuel injectors?

It does not fire the injectors. This is for customers who want to use a carburetor on their LS engines.

Does it work with 24 tooth or 58 tooth crank

I bought the unit but have not actually installed it. I'm pretty sure it works with both.

Dose this work on the lm7 truck 5.3l?

Yes, I used it in my 91s10 with a carburetor and it's a lm7 same thing as a ls. Lm7 is just an iron block. It has factory settings for stock applications ls1, ls2, lm7, lm7 H.O. witch just means run high octane. Now if you are thinking about using this instead of factory computer with stock intake I'm not sure how that would work. If so do more research first before ordering

Eazy to install and works great!

Super easy installation, and took maybe 30 minute's to setup. My engine was out the car which made it even more easier to get it done! I recommend this if you are doing a carb swap. The only thing I've heard about this is longevity but they do have warranty on it and we'll send another box as long as it was hooked up right.
