1 syringe of 2x3ml with 1 mixing tip, 1 cup and 1 applicator spoon.

The product Metacrylate Glue, Rapid Bond, 5min is a two-component colorless glue in 2x3ml syringe. Versatile, it is specially formulated for very fast bonding of plastics, metals, glass, wood, stone, ceramic, ferrite and carbon fiber. It bonds all hard, soft and thermoplastic plastics such as PVC, ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene Styrene copolymers), GFK fiberglass reinforced plastic, polycarbonate (PC), PET, Polybutylene terephthalate ( PBT), PMMA acrylic (polymethyl methacrylate), polyurethane. Il also bonds metals and their alloys such as stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, iron, copper, bronze, zinc, chromed and galvanized steel. Does NOT bond PP, PE, PTFE. Technical caracteristics: Viscosity: 3500cps (+/- 500cps). Breakaway torque: 35N/mm². Density: 1,02g/cm³. Shear Strength: 20-24Mpa. Resistant to temperatures from -50°C to +130°C. How to use: Surfaces to be bonded must be free of all dirt (dust, water, grease, etc.). Place the mixing tip on the syringe. Press 2-3ml of glue on the attached cup. Apply the glue on the elements to be glued using the plastic spoon. Assemble the elements and immobilize them for a few minutes. Heavy elements must be immobilized until they are completely dry and hardened.
