Overall: A wonderful help when finger joint issues flair up
TLDR: Highly recommend for trigger finger or any finger splinting! Pros: This product is amazing. I have tried many finger splints and most of the work alright but are clunky. These work extremely well and are super discrete! Most people can't even tell I am wearing them. Cons: Given that these work super well for their intended purpose there aren't many cons. I do lose them a lot since they are small and discrete as intended. A carrying case wouldn't hurt. Also, there are different sizes depending on your finger size. For me, a multi pack with different sizes worked well because I needed to splint multiple fingers but I also bought a pack of all the same size since I keep losing them. Overall: I highly recommend these for finger splinting. They look like the product photo.

Ordered these for a trigger finger, and after a wearing one for a short period of time, haven't again experienced that problem

A Great Help for Trigger Thumb
I didn’t need a brace that covered my thumb down to my wrist and discovered these devices to brace my thumb from snapping when bending. Make sure you purchase the right size for your finger! I purchased Size 8 first, but when my thumb swelled while wearing it, I also purchased size 9. With the weather fluctuating from hot and humid to cool and dry in air conditioning, the two sizes became essential. Yes, they stabilized the finger and were light weight and hard plastic. You have to figure out how to use your thumb so the smooth plastic doesn’t get in the way. Not expensive as other products, but other cloth/brace short splints offer more support. Still, I switch off when using, depending on what I’m doing. And, I switch sizes. You don’t need the full thumb brace unless you have been given a medical recommendation, but this works great for trigger thumb.

Definitely helps!
Fits well. Glad I read the reviews of others so I could guess which size I’d need. I wear this almost all day and even when I sleep. The issue will never completely go away, but this keeps the finger from hurting. When I do wear it during the day, it stays on my finger pretty well... and it blends great! No unsightly metal splint that draws attention. Completely washable and is the best I’ve found.

Expensive and easy to lose!
Expensive for what you get.

Protects my fingers from jams.
These are great for basketball players who chronically get jammed fingers. I wear multiple splints to protect a couple fingers with torn tendons. They are great and don't get in the way of hoopin'. These things prevent my fingers from getting severely re-injured. In cases where a severe dislocation is likely to occur, the splint will protect your joint, but break in the process, sacrificing itself to save you. I'd buy the multipacks because of this.

Pretty but break too easily.
These are very pretty and comfortable. I loved them. But: they were delivered on March 9th, and by April 19th all 3 were broken along the “weld” line where they were put together at manufacture. I have swan thumb, and these splints did not stand up to the pressure of being able to use my thumb. I have used the pink Oval-8’s for years and have never had one break (they have no weld line). Was so excited to find the clear ones, but they are not as well made and I can’t afford $25 a month for them.
