FANTASTIC! SEE VIDEO
WOW!! Just received and used straight out of the box after putting in battery (NOT supplied) I can say that for my big hand this is amazing. I have not involuntarily clicked the mouse once so far and my hand feels really relaxed not being in the claw position. If you have a big hand and trigger finger. PLEASE get this, trust me! The buttons are so smooth and SILENT! Works well on all surfaces. Wood, glass, sofa etc I LOVE this and I will never go back to a tiny mouse that looks like it's made for a child, no wonder my hand struggled lol I can highly recommend.

Great valu. Good substitute for higher-priced models
Bought this to allow me to have a similar, less expensive version of my Logitech Vertical MX for travelling. It's larger and took a little bit of getting used to, but it fits my hand very well with only a subtle change in grip required. Connecting to the computer took seconds - simple plug and play had me using the mouse immediately with zero configuration required. The buttons and scroll wheel are excellent. A positive, but very quiet click and they feel robust enough to stand up to sustained use. The adjustable DPI is a great feature and you can really see the difference when cycling through the various settings. It's very simple and comfortable to use, just the right amount of weight to give you confidence in your movements without it being so heavy that you notice it. The only slight drawback is in the functionality - you can't customise the buttons, and it can only be connected via a USB dongle, but for the price, you cannot fault the value for money. Definitely would buy again as a spare. *Photos show comparison against the Logitech Lift

Good for Arthritis sufferers
Very light weight and comfortable to use if you have used this type of mouse before. Took me a little while to find the dongle inside. Not rechargeable but I prefer to use rechargeable batteries any way DPI setting mean you can change the mouse speed as the arrow flickers across the screen, easily adjustable. Downside like I saw others complain is the shiny surface which doesn't allow much grip, but I like it so much I,m going to buy little sticky finger grip pads to counteract this UPDATE. Was just getting comfortable with this when I realised I,m changing rechargable batteries every day. May be that I,m retired now and spending more tome on my PC , but not great when I,m in the middle of attacking Orcs etc. !

Feels more expensive
Bought 5 different ones from various brands during prime day to test. This mouse was by far the most comfortable in hand. My hands are on the larger side so most are too small but this is a good bulky mouse. The clicks are silent which was a bonus over others and it glides smoothly wether over a mat or not. One thing I normally hate with rollers is accidentally clicking them in, this one needs a nice amount of pressure so solves that. Overall for the price it feels much more high end. Obviously doesnt have the features of higher priced ones but if you don't need all the fancy stuff then this is a great option

Pleasant surprise
This is the first time I've tried a vertical mouse and I've been really pleasantly surprised both how quick and easy I found it to make the switch, and in how much it has eased pain in my wrist. I bought this UGreen model as it was much, much cheaper than some variants, and I didn't want an expensive paperweight if I didn't get on with this shape. The plastics are lightweight but have been pretty robust so far (I've dropped it three times already), and the buttons and scroll wheel have been positive. This mouse is reasonably large and that's why I chose it as I've got reasonably large paws, and this fits really well and is comfortable. It was on sale at £13.99 and cannot fault it at that price. Can't see me going back to a traditional mouse after this.

Mouse game changer
Why did you choose this product over others?: I have various normal mouses, all which worked well. However after recently having wrist pain - after working long hours on the computer, I decided to try this. It was a game changer. It does take getting used to initially but after a day or two it became second nature. Click quality 4/5 (could be softer) Roller quality 5/5 Ease of connectivity 5/5 Only draw back is size (for when I’m travelling with it) But I have now purchased another to keep at home and at work so I guess it’s no longer an issue.

Miss for Ugreen this time
I generally like Ugreen products, their range and quality has surprised me every time. However, this one is a miss. It's designed poorly for an ergonomic mouse. The shape is good for a large sized hand but it's otherwise unusable. It doesn't charge via USB or have an internal battery. It takes 1xAA, which puts it on the heavier side for a mouse. I find the average comfortable range to be around 110g, anything above 140g, and your hand feels it after a day of CAD work. This one is approaching that and mix in the lack of grip, hand fatigue and general annoyance builds quite quickly. The body of the mouse is hard smooth plastic. The textured part that looks like it might be soft rubber is also hard plastic and only around the palm, stopping before it comes into a useful range. There's no texture or grip for the thumb or fingers, so it's very very difficult to pick up this somewhat heavy mouse. I started rocking it onto an edge to slide it around but it's hard plastic, so the edge is quite sharp. It makes a horrible sound on the table or grinds up the mouse mat. The buttons also have very minimal travel, which wouldn't be a problem if there was some resistance, but it's also soft click. So buttons are getting accidentally pressed when you want to move the mouse because it's constantly slipping in your hand. This barely passes as a usable mouse, nevermind an ergonomic mouse, which is a shame as the shape and size are quite nice. Completely let down by the weight and texture

Worth the change.
Feel a bit weird at first but after couple of hours of usage is quiet easy to use and actually feels quite good in the hand. So far so good. The scrolling works well unlike a branded mouse I had that constantly goes the opposite direction when you need it most. The build quality seems to be pretty good, and all the buttons works as intended. I'm actually loving the way how easily this navigate around my screen. Worth the change of mice.

great quality
great quality as usual from this brand, takes some getting used to switching from a typical mouse, but one you get used to it you realize how much better it is than using the regular ones, very easy and fast to setup

Fantastic Budget Vertical Mouse
The form factor is great and the buttons are quiet while still having good tactile feedback. For its price point, it's my favorite vertical mouse that I've ever used. I highly recommend using rechargeable AAs with this mouse.

Useful and cost effective product
Great product that helps avoid carpal tunnel syndrome. Would be perfect if it came together with a keyboard.
