Layer 3 is transferring paper which color is navy,the front side has a matte finish while the reverse side has a shiny finish. How to use:use a ball pen to sketch the contours of the pattern you want (copied or printed),and then apply the shiny side of the transferring paper (layer 3) to the part that has been treated with application solution; please be careful not to move the pattern to avoid overlapping.
