These are great for events, even more so if they are outside. Easy to apply, work like a charm and great value for money.

Good nipple tape
Use this when running. Helps stop my nipples bleeding from friction. Sticks well and easily peels off.

It is best product and very easy to use. No side effects for the skin. Smooth and soft product. I recommend

Look elsewhere
I knew as soon as I got these out of the box that they wouldn't last a long run, and so it turned out. Running plasters need a stronger adhesive than a normal plaster, these don't have that and almost seemed less sticky. Not worth the mark-up over normal plasters, and I wouldn't rely on these on a race day or run over 15k or so.

I’m not sure what I was expecting but these are massive. I would recommend for lactating mothers - They don’t stick on hair very well - but they are ok for short runs

A terrible product. I’m using these for running. Do not stick at all, fell off inside about 3min. I rarely leave reviews but do not buy this!
