Can a vacuum change your life? Yes! After agonizing over this purchase, I finally went for it and am so glad I did. It arrived right after my toddler smashed a ton of goldfish crackers all over the floor then helpfully cleaned up by sweeping the bits throughout the entire living area. We immediately unpacked the vacuum and tried it out. Suffice it to say, I’m hooked! It replaces our old vacuum, hand held vac, swiffers, hard wood cleaning mop and brooms - all in one nice neat stand. Both vacuums clean all the way to the edge! The wet dry vac practically moves itself. The self cleaning is amazing. The vacuums are quiet so my toddler doesn’t get upset by them and they are so easy to use that I just came home and did all the floors (and stairs) in 15 minutes. Our house will be cleaner now simply because this is easy and effective to use. A note about the confusing instructions: They come in three parts: a quick start guide (incomplete but good pictures), a picture card and a booklet of text. We eventually figured out that you are meant to read the text while finding the accompanying pictures on the picture guide. Also there are steps in the pictures not in the text, and vice versa. Take the two together though and it is reasonable to sort out.

I just got this and will be updating as I get to use it more. I will say, Roborock has been my absolute go to for all my robot vacuums for the last 7-8 years. I absolutely love how innovative this company is and it blows some of the competition you would normally go for, out of the water. This is my second vac-mop and they have made some serious design improvements! The air doesn’t blow out of the motor anymore to where it is blowing around the mess you’re trying to clean. It also doesn’t require nearly as much re-assembly when you’re trying to switch from the vac-mop to the vacuum. It’s very light at the bottom to the point where the balance feels off when you’re using it (but I may just be used to my first one) and the water compartment is now at the bottom. The battery does take a bit to charge and and it seems to be running out a bit quicker than my original but the suction power does seem to be better so that could do it. Overall it does a good job as always and some of the improvements made a HUGE difference.

The mop vac was great for 6 months. We noticed the electric port on the charge station was corroded so we contacted Roborock. They agreed to fix it so we sent it off. We got it back in January and it was never the same. Seemed to burn through soap even on low setting and tonight it just dumped soap and water all over the floor and stopped working! Don’t waste your money.

Really good product and thoroughly enjoyed both its mopping and vacuuming features. I bought this product to for spot cleanings and pairs great with my Roborock Saros 10r. Product performance is excellentl but I am rating 4 stars due to the fact, the main vacuum/mop does not include an LED light so it is harder to view messes in the evening in darker areas. I literally have to use my iPhone light to assist when needed. Other top tier products do have a light but lack features the f25 ace provides so you have to choose what you value most. Setup was easy, battery level decent just wished they added lighting to the vacuum mop. What is really weird is they added lighting to the main dry stick vacuum attachment but for some reason forget it on the main vacuum/mop cleaner. Maybe they will have an accessory add on you can purchase that in my opinion, would make the f25 ace combo, hands down the best vacuum/mop combo you can by on the market fitting all of your daily needs.

Love this product. It has made life easier. The auto mode is best when vacuuming and mopping. It picks up all the dirt and hair with ease. I have 3 short haired dogs so I've learned to vacuum first or else it takes too long and the battery dies, and the cleanup is messy in the dirty tank. The cordless stick vacuum and attachments are amazing, so many functions and after spending so much money on other multiple vacuums and mops this is a great value. Wish I knew then what I know now.

The F25 ACE Combo wet and dry vacuum cleaner is a powerful and efficient tool for deep cleaning. I’ve been using it for areas where my robot vacuum falls short—typically spots that require a more thorough clean—and it performs impressively. As shown in the attached photo and video, there was a stubborn stain on my hardwood floor. After a few passes with the F25 ACE, the stain disappeared completely. I also tested the cleaner's effectiveness by using a UV light near the edges of my cabinet, where dirt tends to accumulate. Initially, the UV light revealed hidden grime, but after cleaning with this machine several times, even that dirt was no longer visible under UV inspection. What makes this cleaner even more convenient is its effortless maneuverability. Just a slight push on the handle, and the cleaner practically moves on its own—it’s that intuitive and easy to use. If you’re looking to keep your home spotless beyond surface-level cleaning, I highly recommend the F25 ACE Combo. It’s a fantastic investment for a truly clean living space.

I’m a fan of RoboRock products, so I was eager to try out the Combo Ace. After extensive research, I opted for the combo version. However, I must admit that the vacuum itself is quite disappointing. My Shark vacuum performs significantly better in picking up items. The only reason I’m giving it a three-star rating is because the wet/dry vacuum function works exceptionally well.

Pretty good clean using this for my home with 4 four-legged pets. I tend to go straight to my vac-mop to save time, and I can typically go through 800sf of floor surface before I have to charge the unit. The vacuum is just as good. I do with it had another attachment that allows me to vacuum my desk, which has a lot of cat hair and nooks and crannies.

En menos de 3 meses dejó de funcionar y no se hacen responsables de la garantía, a pesar de que ofrecen un año, y la garantía extendida que compré solo aplica al término de la garantía de la marca. Me pidieron que yo buscará donde arreglarlo o devolverme la 3ra parte de lo que costó. Ahora tengo un aparato inservible y lo que me dieron no alcanza para comprar uno nuevo

Al principio funcionaba excelente, pero después de unas cuatro usadas dejó de funcionar, escribí al centro de servicio o centro de atención al cliente y muy amablemente me contestaron, pero después de un tiempo dejaron de contestar, entonces ahora tengo este producto que ya no me sirve y que no es nada barato y no tengo respuesta del proveedor
