Dislikes: Unfortunately, I couldn’t use it because the label does not specify whether the Vitamin D3 is a vegan form. The standard (cheaper) cholecalciferol source is lanolin from sheep’s wool, and I’m highly allergic to it. Without that clarity, I can’t risk taking it. At nearly $50, it’s disappointing to lack such an important detail. Overall Recommendation: If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, be cautious. The price is high for something that doesn’t clearly disclose key ingredient sources.

I’ve tried a few different brain boosting type supplements with not much luck, but my husband and I decided to try these, mainly due to the great ingredients like b-12, curcumin and resveratrol, and we both noticed a little boost in function.
